Move the Orkney hole to T31, move Java to where the Orkney hole was, move the T39 and T44 holes to the west, move the T29 hole further to the south and move the Kyushu hole to where the T44 hole was.
Maybe that'd lead to the system being used more...But heh, let's wait what comes with 4.86, this can be done in the later, smaller patches which I hope will be introduced after 4.86 is done and the devs have rested a bit...:P
Why would it make them "uber"? They might be able to go through T23 more easily - it makes the constant pewing in T23 a bit less annoying, because IMG could then maybe chose a bit more often whether they want to engage or not. At the moment every OC that comes from T37 "jumps into a bunch of IMG and CR" and a fight is very likely to happen.
I think it'd be nice to rearrange T23, put the Orkney hole in T31 (makes IMG able to be against Gallia...and actually do some "support RP"), redo T39. But heh...Maybe in a smaller patch later.
Had to redo a ton of ship packages whose hardpoint assignments for contrails and light hardpoints (some even shield hardpoints) did not correspond to the model hardpoints. Took well over 5 hours, but it would have resulted in contrails or docklights not showing up on player ships if it wasn't done. Hope I got em all...
Had to move several Order ship sale points to Omicron Mu - with the disappearance of the Omicron Minor bases, some Oorder ships no longer had sale points. I ensured every ship had one, even tossed in a X-Shuttle and BWT for them - both useful for the occasional RP endeavour.
What else? Tweaked Omega 3 - added a buoy route from FP1 to Douglas via Sprague, to signify the Bretonian interest in the planet. Would have done the same to Omega 15 (Planet Rugen), but there's some talk about modifying Omega 15 structurally - many of the infocards were done by a dev who didn't understand the 80 year war, and the system is a bit barren too.
Tau 23? It's structurally fine as it is, just needs to be bigger. Cali and Java are too close to eachother. But that will be for a future update, if at all.
On the todo list: All the additional factions getting IDs (not sure how many there'll be) need to have theirs added to the tech autobalancing still. I'll need to update the mining Wiki and the mining guide after the release. And will probably be bogged down in the inevitable flurry of bugs all you players will find and hopefully report. It's impossible to do a bugfree release of this size in a timely fashion. Not for lack of trying.

Discovery 4.86 will also use own installer instead of FLMM. New installer will provide more convenient method of installation, especially for Windows Vista and Windows 7 users who have UAC (User Account Control) enabled.
An important note: You'll need clean Freelancer installation, English version
You can have optional bloom effect enabled at component list.
Tell installer where to install Discovery Mod.
Installer will do all magic from there on, merging vanilla files from your Freelancer installation and mod files. Your vanilla installation will be left unmodified.
p.s. Images in installer might change in release version.
