There are so many twists and turns inside of Slum City, it can be almost impossible to find a place sometimes.
And when that place is behind hidden, movable wall panels, past numerous false corridors inside a maze, it is impossible to find, unless someone shows you the way first.
Or you just stumble across it by accident.
