From my gatherings, its RR, MM, Core, and a few others (SCRA?) FR5'd and banned from bases in an around 'sair territory.
Ok, here's the problem with that.
For one, it's all ready been said. An FR5 effects every single Zoner base, even bases that have no issue with these groups, and might even like them. RR has always been close to the Omicroners, and despite there idiocy in not being discreet while docking, the Omicroners were never going to FR5 them, or even suggest it.
This is why Zoner FR5's never work, because a faction being FR5'd would conflict with the diplomacy from the other Zoner factions.
OSI, from what I gather, has no real relationship with RR, but they have a neutral relationship with MM and Core, and are pretty much friendly with the SCRA. Same with TAZ, I would expect.
'Sair's aren't getting an FR5 - best they would get is a comm board message saying "forbidden to dock here" for those factions. Which, im sure with how Core would react (if FP1's experience is any indication), they would say "Screw you" and hover around the bases shooting anyone they pleased.
MM the same. RR actually cares what the Zoner's think, so they would leave, and the SCRA never goes that deep into the Omicron's anyway.
During the "diplomatic talks" we never asked for a FR5. Our problems lay with factions and groups because it would be dumb for us to think someone can control indies.
All we wanted was an InRP "stay the hell out" because we hope the targeted parties would have the decency to respect and InRP denial of their docking rights so a FR5 would not be necessary. After all we're talking about Official Factions who claim to have high RP standards, right?
' Wrote:Again, TAZ and OSI have no issue with these factions, so it will never happen.
Their diplomacy is based around interaction far away from the Omicrons, and they are not going to deny access to every single zoner base everywhere, based on a single, local problem.
Then its open season on TAZ and OSI along with the Zoner indies.

Then I agree, that should've been in the comm board with hours of the first offense.
A public message to said factions to GTFO "and if you dont like it, then listen to the sound how manf f%$@'s I don't give" - and an encrypted message to RR to show some damn discretion and not dock when there are sairs around, along with some epithets regarding mental incompetency.

So you want a symbolic gesture? FRAK THAT! Raids every other fraking hour and you want symbolic... Stop thinking like a U.N. diplomat and start thinking more like a Nato General.

You shush.
Also:
Hawk and the Junkers do it quite nicely.

docking when forbidden from doing so by an official faction (or someone backed by an official faction) is a violation of 6.10, and thus sanctionable.
gone four years, first day back: Zoners still getting shot in Theta :|

You know that everyone except for the RR are coming from Freital and Ronneburg right?
The raids are gonna keep up as long as its profitable to do so. Only way to slow it down would be to make the Sair board as good as or better than the 101st one.
The whole mess for nothing- because it is really hard to assign some bases to OSI and TAZ/ Omicron zoners (with them taking their own IDs/ Iffs and base ownerships) like HF RoS,SCRA and tons of non-vanilla gallic factions or getting IDs only like MM and Reavers- with simple docking tweaks. So everyone could FR5 everyone and all could be able to RP and be happy.
Splitting the zoners is a must- they are a way too different from each other and live in a way too distance places in space from each other so such mess could be avoided in the future.
But since a zoners are normal Vanilla NPC faction they are not special or even closed, they does not recieve green cells for 5 ship lines(MM Reavers),OP VHFs with LF sizes and HF handling(SCRA), mega efficient OP faction guns(RoS) and are in no way interesting to the Dev/Admins. It is funny that they got this nice ships and does not even use them right.
And the most funny part- it is really funny that the said Admin/Dev loved factions should be FR5ed by Zoners to comply on Corsair Demands- MM , SCRA,Reavers, RoS- all of them shoot corsairs using zoner bases.
I see the whole as meh really- Omicroners needed to be a bit harder- there are tons of living official factions without any PvP aces and tons of enemies that play on the server and have fun.
Actually the real solution for both parts would be to work together- Corsairs and Omicroners versus the said Parties- but sadly most of the people cannot see the big picture.
So I officialy declare involved Zoners and Corsairs for beeing stupid alowing someone else to get its PvP fix on their account...

o put it short:
agreed on the RP standards of official factions; it needs to be enforced and maintained
agreed on the low possibilities to control of Indies
but
FR5 is an RP instrument. Zoners need this instrument dearly because they're not supposed to be violent, and everybody would actually like to have rp consequences for ingame actions (no?), so the only possible way to be proactive while not violent by means of game mechanics is the usage of FR5.
Whether you ask for it, or not, it should be a common instrument of the Zoner RP, and perhaps only of this NPC faction, so asking for anything like the removal of docking should be tied to the usage of this FR.
So, if Zoner players are seriously talking about an FR5, while you are perhaps not, it makes much sense to them because they're not supposed to wield any real weapon but access to their bases, and I daresay the Corsairs are acknowledging this rp weapon, or why else would you want to negotiate about Zoner base access?
