Obviously. Because it would be considerated piracy. People have been sanctioned before for this.
Actually, hunters are allowed to accept bribes, if they are offered. What we are not allowed to do is ask for a bribe, only then would it be classed as piracy. I have accepted bribes myself, when there are no lawfuls around to see it happening. As a hunter, you should be after the payday, not the blue message. The money is what's important. Doesn't really matter who gives it to you.
Hm I love to be bribed but I am not quite sure about it, I mean I cannot make demand for sure but I can say something in RP that is showing that I would accept money like:
"You know they pay me well to kill ya but if you want we can resolve this without any weapons, may be you could make me proposal that I cannot refuse?"
Kind of RP or it is considered as piracy?

That is exactly what you see from the vast and overwhealming majority of pirates.
I mean like:
2milordie! *waits 2 seconds* NO??? OK COME AT ME BRO! ENGAGING!
that sort of thing. Most of the pirates i have encountered wait a while or at-least try to make it logical, maybe the problem is the trader doesnt know the word stop and keeps going, then the pirate shoots cause you clearly said before (not mentioned here) he would shoot if the trader didnt comply.

I'd like you to make a list of 100...hell, 10 things that a Hunter can plausibly talk with a Rogue about instead of...uh, dunno, doing his job? Have fun
1.) How they liked the Rogue's mom in bed.
2.) How they liked the Rogue's dad in bed.
3.) A detailed description of how the BHG is gonna disembowel the Rogue.
4.) Flirt with them in in an attempt to get bribed.
5.) Complain about poor bounty payouts and see if you get bribed.
6.) Insult their mother.
7.) Insult their father.
8.) Ask if they'd like a smoke before fighting.
9.) Ask if they'd like any last words.
10.) Tell them their shoe is untied and see if they fall for it.

You've got influence. You've got status.
It's us veterans and official faction leaders that are meant to be the role models.
Yes Alte, we are.
As Veteran, Official Faction Leader of the LR, I expected better of you. How are you being a rolemodel, bringing such negativity and hatred into the open? What kind of message is that giving new guys? Not a good one.
So, why don't you stop with the public bashing and get on Skype to calmly sort out all these differences? If you won't, then why are you saying Factions Leads have to be rolemodels when you yourself refuse to act in such a fashion? Honestly, if you won't, resign from the leadership position and find someone who will be a rolemodel.
I don't like typing this, but I am sick and tired of the animosity you bring into threads for reasons I honestly could care less about.
Settle it diplomatically. Because being a rolemodel means you should strive to do the right thing. What you do, like above, is not the right thing.
I'm no saint, but Hell, I believe you are trying to hold others to a standard you yourself has currently failed to reach or upkeep.
I like ya Alte. But follow your own words. Be a rolemodel for the new people, and your faction. Because popping into threads with sarcastic words and rudeness does nothing but hurt you and the view people have of you, as well as give new players and old a bad impression of how Disco is.
As the saying goes. Shape up or ship out.
I also believe a lot of us should follow that, and check ourselves before we are the pot calling the kettle black.
Edit: Yeah, I am a bit miffed. After a particularly stressful night of someone on another roleplay site doing a nasty bit of hypocrisy in an attempt to "fix" some overpowered things by the use of a godmodded overpowered thing, has left me decently angry. So cut it out. You all are better then this.

Im pretty sure he is diplomatic. I can name off really a bunch of things that support that he is trying to be a good rolemodel.
And for his faction, havent seen anything that puts him out of the position either as a rolemodel...

Right. That is totally being a role model.
Read it again.
It does not matter your intentions, as anyone can percive something in the wrong light.
I am tired of the above. He calls for rolemodels and does that?
He is a fantastic leader for LR and a great guy. But he needs to settle stuff like above diplomatically, away from the public.
I am not hating on Alte. Merely yelling at a friend to shape up.
Because this stuff reflects badly on him once the circeljerks start, then it reflects on the faction he leads. To be a role model means keep your temper, having a working relationship with others, and keep the negative stuff in private Skype chats.
Not on the forums.
Edit: I might not be the best role model, but by God will I strive to ensure others are better then me.
An ideal interaction would probably be the Hunter saying a few lines in accordance with his/her character, the Rogue responds appropiately with his/her character keeping in-RP, and then most of the time the logical conclusion is either...
a) Engagement
b) Pirate makes a run
c)Pirate bribes Hunter (if it's possible IC) to go away.
All of these are logical ways in a pirate-hunter interaction. I wouldn't expect a long discussion usually, it is a hostile encounter after all...although if it ends up that way, np.

Comparing whether pirates wait to whether hunters wait doesn't make sense. The pirate has something to wait for, they'd rather their victim be co-operative than have to waste time destroying them. As for hunters, why should they wait? They've nothing to gain from it.
This is all talking from an RP perspective though, and as I've said I more talkative interactions. That said, that doesn't make the one line engagement interactions bad necessarily. I like a good fight, and really it's more realistic that way...
Do you have any idea what a large part of the players on the server think of this forum?
Few people want to sign up on the forum and get involved in the factions because their in-game presence very often radiate of negativity, and that hostile negativity is so predominant on the forum too. Yesterday I told a guy that had saved up and was just about to buy a Storta that there was a cheap used one for sale here, and he answered me (like I was a total fool) that he wouldn't go on the forum even to save 30 million (and this is coming from a guy who's total net worth is 200 million).
At least the guy above is honest and don't try to silence discussions arrogantly. That makes him more of a rolemodel to me than most of the guys who seem to like to perceive themselves as such.

Then you see the point I am trying to make.
But why do I bother? I'm the ridiculed Keysword King of Gallia. Why would anyone listen to me? Why should I bother when all I get is like the above by Anaximander?
Alte was the one saying we Official Faction Leaders have to be rolemodels. His words. I called him out on not living up to them.
Now you all see? If we can't even get the forums to look decent, how the Hell can we clean up our acts?
But hey, I'm just that Kingdom Hearts guy, that guy who leads a struggling faction in a hated House. I'm just that guy who is sick of the bullshit here and sick of the attitudes. The guy who is wasting his time trying to get people to at least act SOMEWHAT RESPECTFUL to each other.
The answer to why is simple.
I'm tired of you people living up to SWAT-OP's, Karlotta's, and other people's expectations of this place.
Stop being the Mos Eisley of the Freelancer.
I dare you all.
Edit: And I said I'm no saint. I'm not a rolemodel like I should be. But I at least try.
