large hull areas could be painted with more hd textures, also hull-through space in middle could be removed to reduce hit-box complexity if there will be real holes ingame to fly through
That hole in the middle is declared solid in the hitbox - as we do with most areas that firing a shot in will likely not result in a miss.

If you want this ship to be more of a military ship, with the new looks I guess it will get a stats overhaul?
By stats I mean turret placements, and all that jazz (I can't quite figure how big will it be)
I would rather not touch the old Aquillon Stats,agility and hardpoints, it is quite decent military ship.
