The reason why the Administration team is not getting involved, is because this situation was entirely inRP.

Now, you say that the [KNF] told you that you were allowed to build your base, that's all well and good...but it's likely that they assumed you had read the inRP Legal Codex which exists here on the forums.

If you had, you would see that in the section regarding base construction, building a new facility within 3k of any existing facility, is not allowed.

So yes, while they gave you permission, they likely also assumed you had read their laws regarding such a thing.

Like it or not...you seem to be at fault here, since their inRP laws clearly state that you're not supposed to build within 3k.

Whilst I dont have a high opinion of KNF since itsibashi, "Oh the governemnt wont allow it" Who exactly? The KNF is the only official lawful faction in kusari, who is RPing the government? Theyr hiding behind something that doesnt exist. Why would the government (who are kishiro not samura) allow the hog base to shoot their allies in the first place?

I do have to say that they did say [KNF]KDS-Hyuga: That base must be atleast 5k away from current and not in path of trade lanes. Which although, again itsibashi is breaking that law, and they do nothing, AND is gramatically nonsensical, at least shows they tried to tell you not to do it. Although again, preventing kishiro from building a kishiro base within 5ks of another kishiro base seems wrong.

Meh personally I just leave kusari, its not worth playing with em no point getting worked up, just play with people who are more fun.

Yeah the thing is, i told him within 5k radius, knowning fully what "within" means > as in "inside indoors.
so they made a mistake, but now i gotta pay for it for my time, and my credits, while they ignore RP 200%.

Kishiro is an official faction, and there is inRP a Kusari Government made up from representatives from Kusari lawful factions, and they don't allow us to take out the base. Also there is someone that is inRP the Kusari Prime Minister (I haven't checked lately who is it, but I am sure you can find out if you try to), you can make a plea to him I guess, or to the official Kishiro faction whom can perhaps pull a few strings.

Unlike you might think KNF doesn't control Kusari like in 4.85 (though even then there was the Rising Sun thingy which was more like a parliament), we are the military - we enforce the laws, we don't make special emergency orders to destroy a certain base or to keep one safe.

Thats what Im trying to say. The base isnt a distraction, we even allowed you to dock on it. Plus you are gonna shoot your own ALLIES KISHIRO. The base has 200mill+ put into it. Put yourself in our shoes, see how you feel. Can we come up with an agreement or soemthing?

Your base is 73m from the center of Shinagawa.
This thread is an unwarranted attack on Kusari factions.
It is perplexing that you are sounding off like this when it is still alive too - it coulda been dead easily.
Also, trolls should note - 'Ingenious' bears a terrible grudge against knf because of this.

I respect opinion of ms Lolrawr also. And yes, kill Itabashi if you kill Production Facility? Itabashi is Hogosha, not even allies or KNF, we are Kishiro, allies of KNF. We havent gotten complaints about Production Facility, Itabashi is killing new players on sight because rep is bad. Hows this even fair?

Fair enough to want that...but that doesn't mean that's what the Kusari government will do, considering that when the base was constructed, it was built by a Kusari government agency.

That's what Roleplaying is for, though.
