I think missiles should be able to 1HKO ALL kinds of fighters, make snub comabt fast paced and dangerous again, where the armour upgrades stopped that.

Where's the fun in that? Taking a good chunk out of a fighter makes sense, but onehitters? I'd rather see hilarious situations where multiple missile impacts have taken out an enemy fighter's guns instead, neutering the target rather then destroying it.

It would also be preferable to have a bit more consistency in what the houses get. Liberty now has their own weapon to counter each shield type with a mix of refire rates and speeds. Bretonia 'only' gets another kind of Sunrail really, and the other two houses also just get a tweaked version of their current guns.

Na, every mod has its own unique pvp style when it comes to snubs. It is good as it is. When you want to see shorter snub fights go to HHC or even crossfire mod.
On topic Aet. can you tell use the new gun states of some guns as example? Would help me a lot.
No, because I'm not involved in the gun making process. Ask Blodo or Aerelm.

Rheinland 2.00s are Police/Military guns. House civilian tech is mainly intended for corporations. It was also decided to be 600ms plasma since that's somewhat of a "signature" gear for Rheinland, much like cap ship cerbs which InRP were first built in Rheinland.

600ms Particle 3.03 vs. 700ms Particle 5.00, how are these two any similar apart from the weapon type?
As for the rest of your post, Liberty is (Or was, rather) the only house with such a major gap between its two lawful guns. Civilian guns of the other houses may not seem as different compared to their lawful counterpart because their guns are already in a more logical range than a 2.00 and a 8.33.
More so, house civilian weapons would be more similar to flashpoints rather than the house gear when it comes to their stats (High efficiency, low damage), so even if a house civi gun has the same type/speed/refire as its military counterpart, it'd still be a totally different gun when it comes to actual performance.
A major point regarding the new house civilian guns is (as mentioned above) they're mainly intended for house corps, and also freelancers as well as house unlawful groups would have access to them, so whether or not house police/navy would find those guns useful is rather irrelevant, considering the very nature of these guns.
Last but not least, good luck mixing Magmas and Vengies in your example, but with that logic, Bretonia could already do that in 86 by mixing sunrails, splitters and flashpoints or even splitters, goddesses and flashpoints for less difference in projectile speeds. I wonder why no one actually used such a loadout if it's as much of an advantage as you claim it to be.

No specific stats will be announced before the initial 4.87 release. Sorry about that, not my call. Blodo will chew my ears off if I do.

Do correct me if I am wrong monsigneur, but rheinland civillian ships/ weapons are probably usable by the red hessians.
You would have to ask the two resident experts on red hessians from the balance team on that though.
