INFOCARD
Gallic Junkers
The Gallic Junkers consist of scrap collectors, smugglers and other undesirables and people masking as such. They trade with both lawful and unlawful groups. Until recently, they were used by Gallia to gather intelligence on other houses, but they have somewhat fallen out of favor since the Gallic invasion into Sirius has begun. They sometimes still act as agents of the Crown, privateering for them behind enemy lines.
Pilot carrying this quasilawful ID is a member of the Gallic Junkers who:
- Can attack any ships within their Zone of Influence, except transports. Ships belonging to Gallic corporations or allies of Gallia are exempted from this.
- Can demand cargo and credits from any ship within their Zone of Influence, and attack them if they do not comply. Ships belonging to Gallic corporations or allies of Gallia are exempted from this.
- Cannot ally with anyone except with Gallic lawfuls.
- Cannot use any transport with more than 3,600 cargo except for the l'Ane and Vache.
Zone of Influence: Gallia, Gallic Borderworlds, Taus, Bretonia
Allowed ships: Fighters, Freighters, Transports, Gunboats
Make gallic junkers gallic privateers give them 100% GRN tech ( because GJ does not have own shipline ) and remove gallc unlawful faction tech in exchange- the 4 75% It is not justified to have gallic unlawful faction tech if they work for the crown.

Maybe it've already been asked, but what does Ship Compability Chart means?
Guess: on line we see weapon manufacturers and in column-ships. If cell is green we can use that weapons on this ship with nerf according to Technerf chart, otherwise it will be 1%

it means what nerf you get when using it. factions are able to request different nerf levels for groups.....
i.e: CR tech has a 90% powercore when used by TAZ because TAZ and CR are allies, whereas regular zoners have a 75% powercore because CR are friendly to regular zoners but not paticularly allied with them.
or
eg 2: Liberty Lawful groups (LN, LPI, LSF) have a 90% powercore when using bretonian lawful weapons and ships, and vice-versa because Liberty and Bretonia are allies against gallia and share equipment.

I think this is like:
You have LWB IDed Odin
They have it at 90%
Then it is checked by this ship chart to see which guns it has
and if it has, for example, Gaian guns, it is nerfed to 1%
I have to say I dont see why Mollys are having civ tech put back to 90%, now they ONLY have the rogue/molly tech at 100%. I mean its not like they're overpwoered, with mediocre tech, and no BSs. We went through this whole issue for ages, to get civ tech at 100%, because civ tech is where the mining ships are, and Mollys are miners, so they should be flying mining ships.
TL DR: Please give mollys 100% civ tech.

Why is Interspace losing the compatibility with Liberty Lawful ships/weapons? There's already not many ships we can use, especially gunboats, and since we're a big Liberty Corp and strong allies with the LN, I don't really see the RP reasoning behind it...
Even Universal/DSE/Ageira have the same 90%/green cell... Heck, even Order (which I guess makes SOME sense, with their tech being LN/LSF based) and Freelancers have 75% with their ships.
Well I guess they think that IC doesnt need lib lawful ships, seeing as theres a civ GB in 87. But it seems reasonable to me that they get the same 90% as the Liberty Big 3, seeing as the Big 3 OWN IC!
On the chart I didnt see privateer ID, is it just the same as the BAF ID? Also I still say Freelancer should have 100% to house civillian tech, the house corps can have better house lawful equipment to balance.

Don't think "they own IC" would be at all correct. They all work together (and maybe 'own' the Liberty Government depending on how much you listen to that corruption stuff).

I suggest you look again, it is under Planetform. Unless I missed something, they have the exact same cells.
Why is Order Caps 10% to Liberty? I understand Geb and ORC, but Osiris? Seriously? Osiris was developed by Liberty, it should be at least 75%. If Liberty didn't make the Osiris, Order would be BSless.
Osiris needs its own cell since its no ones ship. Order stole it, they don't own it. LSF still have blueprints inRP, Casper stole the ship not the blueprints. So inRP, they can rebuild, but they have Dreadnoughts, and resources aren't alot. Is this a mistake and will get fixed, or is this " We claim Osiris to Order and no one else? "
I can understand Order made ships, I mean seriously, Order made them, Liberty shouldn't be having them. Snubs, well 75% is ok, no indie fly's a snub unless they don't care about RP. Usually official factions with good RP have one. But seriously, when did Osiris become Order permanent ship? I hope this gets fixed, because this is makes 0 sense.
