Proper Valor and Proper cruiser would be good start. Both suck. New shipline but with keeping the existing ships would be neat.
Move the new player spam point in Gallia. Add the said discounts to the capitals, add the same to snubs.

Me and my friends plan on joining Gallia as soon as the rollback happens (no sense doing it now if we're just gonna lose everything). So that'd be around five additional soldiers to fight the good fight.
I don`t think that reducing the price of capitals would be a great ideea.
I agree that inRP Gallia has alot of navy but still I see no reason why to cut the prices.
Sirius wide ZOI would be bad, you would see Valors all over Sirius, and the Bass Hunters only building a large fleet of Valors...
Also I`m not sure if 4.87 will be able to bring so many people to Gallia, it would be nice to have some people to rp with but the new players will not come to Gallia since, well it`s harder than the rest of the areas.
Well the answer is simple:
Give Gallia someone strong other than the Brets to fight. As we know, Gallia now has pushed through Leeds, making its Tau Front rather dead!. The colonials would now be mostly interested in shooting down the Maltese and have less interests with the Gauls.
The new strong foe would be (I know this will sound silly) The Council, because these both factions aren't doing what they are supposed to do, brawl inside Gallia not in Leeds.
The solution is: 4 IDs, 2 for both factions working on the Bretonian Front, and 2 for both of them working inside Gallia, the first 2 should be only accessible by the officials. This way more people would join both factions and eventually, give some life to gallia..
Personally speaking since the Gallic forces are French I am automatically inclined to dislike them. Also history is against them - descended from the French, who are famous for loosing wars. This is why I wont play as anything closer to them than a council.

A bit off thread, but surely the French you speak about losing wars are "The Council", ever since the French Revolution?
Also with your logic which house has not lost a war in the last 100 years, if linking to rl?

I like this idea. I might be willing to roll a GRN if the price were reduced. Even though I think I'd make a terrible frog. Or a really, really stereotypical caricature of one.
