Correct me, but if the reputation won't allow people to dock on a specific base, the docking message is not displayed, right? It writes "papers are not good" or something for the player; is this message displayed to all players, or do they get the docking message?
In case a pirate robs an IMG then it docks on Aland or a cardi smuggler is busted but it docks on Westpoint to escape, why would we need a message showing it successfully docked? Even the attempt is enough for an FR5, right?

A good idea for sure. Add station name and time. Perhaps it should also be changed so the notification only comes up upon the successful dock, so that it could not be cancelled out after the notice goes through.

Is just an attempt enough to count as PVP? does that make sense when the person has not actually escaped the battle?

So you just ran from a fight. Woo. At some 10k from your station of choice your scanner shows no hostiles. You casually hit f3 and are set to slowdock.

Just before you get there, one of your enemies catches up to you. Too late to cancel the docking command, but early enough to cancel the sequence and set course for a different base.

But the green message is there.

Even if this doesn't happen very often, it's still something that I've seen several times. If someone edits that message, we may as well account for this uncommon scenario.
