I was surprised that it was being paired....to be honest.... I truly am not getting my monies worth of a 200 USD CPU if I don't try to do everything possible to make the 169 one work. Also I looked at the pins, all of them there.

If that doesn't work, turn it on, leave it on for 2-3 minutes, see if it got warm....if there is no heat than its probably dead...
