Disco, but 90% of the non vanilla systems removed, jump trading removed, as many rules as possible removed and replaced with ingame stops. Shiploss on death (with lowered prices and all equipment/ships much more common and easier to re acquire, to balance) And more allowance for player actions to guide the storyline.
Tech nerf removed (but compat nerf kept) because shiploss on death combined with giving faction leaders FR5 powers would prevent you from rebuying enemy ships. All official factions have to be (OORP) democaries so every month all the members can vote for the leader. As well as every official faction HAS to let anyone in unless their is a good reason NOT to - ie they fail hard on their application form. This combined with giving freelancers back their vanilla rights, and letting them pirate and "do everything" means no indies allowed, so they dont mess up diplomacy. (Unless there is no official faction)
