Uh... hard choice. In literally every sci-fi game I am provided with, I make a human. There's just that highly appealing thing in shooting space bugs and other aliens for whatever Great Terran Empire/Federation/Kingdom there is.

In fantasy, an elf. Not the tree-hugging tiny archer/ankle biter kind but physically tough battlemage and derivates of that cliche. In Morrowind I played as either Imperial or Dunmer (since it's homeland of Dunmers).
