You were complaining about being pointed as Nomad-influenced and/or shot down in your LSF Eagle with adapted nomad weapons mounted. People already gave you pretty decent reasons to do so, from either Order, or Lane Hackers, or whoever else may have a reason to feel paranoid/careful about anything related to Nomads. Deal with it.

Trick question: Do you even know what RP happened so Intel factions got the nom weapons in the first place? Can you please use your great enlightening philosophical mind to bestow this great knowledge upon us?

EDIT: And how could people such as Lane Hackers would know they are nomad weapons and not experiemental crap? Magic?
I agree about the Order part, although they know about it, what about the factions that don't?
Personally, I don't involve ID in my roleplays. I assume IDs do not exist in game. I think their purpose is only to implement server rules.
So my roleplay with other characters is based on their IFF and of course their behaviour.
Then, the reaction of my characters when they detect nomad technology mounted on a ship (or in cargo) will depend on his knowledge about nomad stuff (I assume scanners do not provide precise information about nomad tech, and will detect it as a CODENAME tech). However, even when I am playing a character aware of nomad technologies, I will consider as suspicious (rather than infected) a ship that has (mounted or cargo) nomad tech (exception IFF: The Order, if my character knows about the order, then he will consider it's ok).

Nothing tricky about that. In fact whole last Liberty-Rheinland conflict was ignited by each side accusing the other of nomad technology research which was deemed illegal. Of course it turned out both were guilty of it, but current state of conflicts allow them to get away with it for now and so intel factions sometimes openly sport those.

While that is commendable approach many play like they're aware of ID to determine paths for RP responses. It's a bit silly, yes, but that's that. Regardless of my opinion I simply acknowledge the fact that majority do use ID awareness and not like that is going to change anytime, that's the simple truth of it.

Then according to your argument, Wild shouldn't be considered as infected by others beside Order, even if they carry a shield named 'Nomad Veil' because it could be 'experimental crap' as well.
But that's not the case, think it was already settled several pages ago, right?

Omg...dude look, I am talking about intel factions, not about wilde. Intel factions or 'The Order' don't fly around with nomad veils, and Wilde cannons and blasters don't have a infocard that says, 'Adapted for use with human ships', right? Right?
EDIT: Although according to the thread name, we shouldn't be talking about Intel factions at all.
