Hogosha should be expanded into Bretonia too.
Not as much as regular Junkers, considering that GJ are privateers for the Crown.
Not all of them. GJs actually have hostile/unfriendly rephacks to Kusari factions that render them at no dock at least. They're practically already set up for pirating in Kusari. They're even enemies with the Hogosha.

Hogosha are considered a criminal organization in Bretonia. They're red to everything.

Outcasts are limited to Kusari and Omicrons, and a few Taus I guess. Corsairs are Omicrons, some Rheinland, and some Omegas. Local gang groups are limited to their house space.
With the demise of the Phantom ID, there is no Sirius-wide unlawful pirate/criminal ID that I can find. Please help, this new player would like to range far and chase prey throughout this sector. Thanks!

Since when do Corsairs not pirate in Bretonia core worlds? You can go into Cambridge, New London, Dublin,, Manchester....I'm guessing the only iffy one may be Newcastle.

Pirate ID?
While true, the update to it is about to hamper what one using it can do heavily.
Aside from the Pirate ID, the Outcast ID provides the widest range of ZOI with the most capabilities,

Wait, what about the Wild? They can range anywhere, correct? Do they need to RP some kind of "alien" vibe, or do they take mercenaries? I'm looking through the wiki but it doesn't really say.

Not really hampering the ID if you actually plan to be a pirate with it.
