Is the leadership even there to accept applications?

If so I'd be interested in joining, as I have several interesting RP ideas for a Bounty Hunter, and do want to get in on an easyish-going Official Faction.

There is. But nobody showed interest in joining the BHG| on the forums for some reason. I myself just rejoined it by contacting current leader on Skype.
