I know for a fact that the RFP leader is NOT the player behind that ship so please don't bother with that.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. I´m sorry but I can hardly imagine more obvious contraband then the one named BLACK MARKET munitions. If someone, even newbie, thinks it is smart to undock with such cargo to a place where they saw parked cop when they were docking, then I guess they deserve to get caught and pay some fine. At least they don´t lose any time like in case when they are caught one system before selling point.
Also, if waiting outside of The Ring is bad, waiting in Frankfurt would be better? Because if not, then we have no chance to catch any smuggler with BMM onboard before he leaves Rheinland. And one of the motives for this cargo buff was to give law enforcers something to do.

Wow. Just...wow. Sorry for little harsh words but I don´t know if I should cry or laugh at this statement. Because this is exactly how ooRP bad blood and typical Disco slanders are created. Soon I expect conversations around like
- "Did you hear that RFP leader is using undercover ships to catch poor newbies in smuggling trap and then goes to fine them to the bone?"
- "No kidding!"
- "Yes, I have read it on the forums. What a ****"
Please, next time before you create a villain from somebody, check your "facts". RFP leader (aka me) is not using any undercover ships. The picture you show comes from JM which decided to supply RFP with reports about smugglers (see here), probably with motivation to create good reputation with authorities which can be used later for this or that reason.

Still you can oorply decide to not act on such evidence. Evidence from a Pirate Train with the offender still on the launching animation.
So if the screenshot would be taken two seconds later after the launching animation is over, there would be difference?
And no, I´m not fan of taking ooRP blind eye into RP. I got in past several "recommendations" to not act on this or that for ooRP reasons and I never did it. It creates once again suspicious atmosphere. "Hey, they let one of those caught smugglers get away without fine, did you see it? I bet it was friend of RFP leader. But you know, that´s Disco, skypefriends and such..." And later it usually returns in bad way when people go to you and say "Can you look on this from ooRP perspective? You know, you did it in past so why not now too?"
So no, thanks, I´m not going to let one player go because he "didn´t deserve" it while others who are almost on same level "did deserve it". I will rather finish the started action and then try to turn the "screenshot taking" which went too far into direct ingame action just as I proposed in my last message in that thread with JM.

§1.1. Callsign of the ship(s) or identification tag
§1.2. Name of the captain of the ship or organization´s responsible person
§1.3. Ship/organization ID papers and IFF code
§1.4. Cargo which you want to transport, its origin and target designation §1.5. Applicant is obliged to provide NeuralNet link to channel where he received "recommendation of trustworthiness" from at least one Rheinland primary law enforcement authority ([RM], RFP|, BDM|) or at least one Rheinland official corporation (currently [ALG]-, DHC-, Kruger|, RS|). It will show as evidence that applicant is acting in accordance with the interests of Bundesrepublik Rheinland and support it enough to be considered trustworthy. This condition replaces usual security clearance which is necessary due to nature of the restricted cargo and its possible abuse, however it does not mean that the license will be granted automatically. Final decision is up to federal polizei representative.
I do not believe it is a good idea for the RFP to require "recommendations of trustworthiness" for the Blue Jillies - In my travels in Rhineland I normally see newer players trading this item, I don't think it would be best if they were forced to contact the Government then contact the RFP to get permission to trade the item, especially given how many of these newer players aren't even aware that the laws exists (or pretend not to be aware)
I understand that the item is supposed to have negative connotations but even the infocard says "worn by some LWB members" leading me to believe it shouldn't be regulated in the same class as say weapons and criminals. I believe it would work out better for the RFP if instead they just required players who want to trade Blue Jilies to simply register as a trader of the item, claim that the RFP believe that traders of this item are more suspect to commit crimes than those who do not. Allowing these newer players time to adjust to Rheinlands Policies without needing to "jump though the hoops" of this recommendation of trustworthiness.
Just one technical explanation at the beginning - while it was me/RFP who proposed change of status of jillies, any law change has to be approved collectively by Bundestag members and this one was approved by clear majority (5 members for, 1 abstained, 0 against). So it´s actually not just our idea.
Legality of blue jillies was discussed repeatedly in the past and arguments for both keeping them legal and making them contraband were brought. On one hand, they are inRP important export commodity for economy of planet Stuttgart and local farmers with very strong symbolic meaning, so outlawing them completely would probably cause more unrest on planet with many already angry people. On the other hand it is abused by some to support anti-government/criminal movement. Thus some kind of restricted (but not contraband) status fits the most to simulate more strict handling and checking of producers if they don´t support LWB, however we didn´t have any restricted cargo licensing until now, so that´s why jillies were added there.
I will give your idea a thought, though I´m not fan of "everyone non-hostile who applies automatically gets license" type of licensing/registry.

Perhaps a positive reputation screen and an ID screen? Just something a little bit simpler for the jillies preferably.
http://discoverygc.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=134532 i'm about this thread . On original game's and Disco lore this weapons owned and producing by Republican Shipping ( read Alster Shipyard NPC base ingame lore and chack weapon dealer in game ) . " Rheinland restricted technology " must consider Discovery roleplay lore first of all . This is not correct and not valid claim .
Believe me when I say this as being a player of Republican for the past 4 years. I can recall maybe 1-2 times Republican actually built anything for the Military. And that was mostly a single Kusari BS for RP with Kusari and Rheinland repsectively almost 2 years ago.
Don't start with me on lore Morigan. You are the last person to speak when it comes to what Republican has built.
Daumann makes a majority of the heavier class of Rheinlands weaponry. And if I recall Kruger does on some jobs.
