Odd; which ones? I'm unable to reproduce that issue here unless I'm missing something: Saar, Duesseldorf, Halle and Braunschweig seem to be hidden like they should be as long as the "show inaccessible/oorp systems" option is off (which it should be by default).

Basically, no matter what link I load the map from, it always shows up as the pre-update configuration on the universe map (with the exception of my phone, which seems to load it just fine).

I haven't got a concrete ETA, unfortunately. That's something I've always wanted to do with this, but I'm not sure (yet) that it's feasible to implement route planning that's quite as good as FLCs in a browser due to performance concerns, unless I can come up with a clever (trade) route mapping algorithm. I'll make sure to keep this thread updated as soon as I make any progress on it.

Could you try reloading and bypassing your cache by hitting Ctrl + F5 (unless you've done so already)? If your phone is on a different connection and that's loading it fine, it sounds a bit like something in between the Discovery web server and your local network is caching the universe.ini file, which there isn't much I can do about except wait, unfortunately.
EDIT:

Looks like you beat me to it.

That's an infocard issue, as seen in-game here: It links to Koeln like it should on both the system and universe map, and also shows as the Saar Jumphole on the other side in Koeln. It should probably be fixed with the upcoming infocard update if it's a known issue; I'll check to see whether that's the case or not.

Great work so far, very useful and pretty, I hope you continue to improve it.
Sounds very doable: I'll add that to my to-do list, as I'll need to implement something like this anyhow if I intend to add FLC-like features at some point down the line. Thanks for the feedback!
Would it be possible to make the alien gate links on the universe map a slightly different colour (such as purple) to make it clear they aren't part of the human network of gates?
