Cheers, it all seems to be coming together nicely.
Speaking of Gallia to Sirius routes, would it be possible to avoid direct trade between OS&C and IDF liners/bases? As it would be a bit odd for two rival companies to support each other and hopefully allow for a leisure cold war to eventually form within Gallia.

Not really, since I'm using the same commodities in Sirius and Gallia, but the profit margins will be incidental and relatively insignificant.
After lists, more lists, note cards strewn across the floor, and attempts to construct Gallic routes on a one-base-at-a-time basis, I gave up and decided to just look at Gallia as a set of connected star systems instead of by bases. So if you look in the model in the first post, and go to the link "Gallic Systems," you'll see what I've conceptualized. Each system name is followed by a number which represents the number of bases relevant to the model, which are also listed after the number. I've excluded Gallic planets which all send Colonists to Planet Leeds. Most Gallic luxury and passenger routes will have connections to those planets. The "Gallic Systems" model only shows links between the luxury bases and space colonies which will have passenger traffic primarily within the Gallic systems. These will also have some links to Rheinland and Kusari, but I haven't added those in yet. Basically, I tried to balance the number of bases sending people to a system with the number receiving from that system, and tried to avoid systems immediately next to each other having trade connections. This seems to work fairly well, and will help me build the previous model of base to base connections, which I hope to do tomorrow.
I found Gallia to be an utter nightmare when I tried to rearrange the routes, the sheer density of the region and its mostly internal routes drove me nuts but that was going by bases rather than systems. Again all looking good.
I could only find 2 next door routes, Orleanais to Ile-de-France and Burgundy to Lyonnais.

The Gallic part of the model is fully fleshed out now with incoming and outgoing for all bases, including some connections with Rheinland and Kusari. I also finished all the spreadsheet calculations tonight, so the next tasks will be transforming the data into game code, inserting it into the file, and debugging.

In the end, I needed two commodities exclusive to Gallia, so Courtiers became it's own new commodity and passengers_ga went back to being just passengers again. Some of the Gallic people will be more expensive to purchase than they are in Sirius due to proximity to Kusari sale points, and there are a few higher profit than expected routes from Gallia to Gran Canaria and Grand Vista Orbital, but otherwise the system works pretty well. I have debugged and uploaded to the development build, so the new system will be included in the next patch. There are now 25 types of passengers to ferry around, plus marines, casualties, refugees, prisoners, criminals...and whatever else I can't remember.
