Far as I know, there are 2 Admiral ranks in the 5th and they are both filled already. Who might you be talking about? We actually have good people who know their shit in the upper command.

I am a dissatisfied customer today. Dissatisfied with your service.
[10.07.2017 18:34:36] Billy.Bo.Jackson: Alright, who's in charge here? Good.Person.but.Hesitant.Commander?
[10.07.2017 18:34:53] 5th|LNS-"Good.Person.but.Hesitant.Commander": inRP, yes, ooRP i hope not
Death: Billy.Bo.Jackson had a lot of angry and obviously deprived from whores for a very long time Frenchmen in his arse. You know the outcome.
Death: Liberty was put out of action by self-inflicted catastrophic disorganization (Milk and Honey)
Advice: Don't promote people to the rank of Admiral only because they are so kind that their hearts pump milk and honey. Show them how to be admirals before that instead. And with that -- give them confidence. I'm sure that 5th|LNS-"Good.Person.but.Unreliable.Commander" would have led us to victory or at least a less crushing defeat only if he had confidence. Because the rest is easy: any orders are infinitely better than none.
I would also like to recommend you to task Black Smoke to train and organize your indie and official fleets, and perhaps lead them in battle, too. He knows his stuff, and knows it well.
This advice applies in the case that you want to win in PvP, of course. It doesn't apply if you only want to play admirals. And it is only advice -- as I said, I am not and should not be entitled to give orders to any ships/players in Liberty, as long as I don't have the sufficient rank in a Libertonian official faction.
I hope that my feedback helps make Liberty stronger. By Jingo, you need to!
what we need is that the actual high-ranked members log when called.
Hi !
I never thought I would come here to post such a negative feedback but I have no choice.
So, after being away from this game for about a month now. I decided to check out to see how is the atmosphere around and if anything changed to the player's behavior and bad attitude I've encountered in the past.
That being said, I've decided to tag along 5th| fleet tonight, knowing that I had a lot of fun with Mr. Admiral Jack in the past.
Decided to stay for about an hour maybe I could get some fun before going to bed.
It was all good until I met the Jack's 5th fleet at Planet Los Angeles, understanding from PM that he''s escorting a traitor to Alaska's prison.
Sounded fun enough to RP with them..
After 10 minutes we reached Norfolk Shipyard and we stood there for around 20 minutes where the traitor's Liberty Battlecruiser was being "Repaired" to get to Zone 21.
After waiting and waiting, me, Jack and another 5th player which i don't remember right now, told the "traitor" (LABC Memphis) to hurry up with the "repair the ship RP".
He refused to which I find it pretty sad, rude and not fun at all. He was saying that he's doing it on purpose to get revenge on some misunderstandings he had with Jack.
After all these minutes, we finally moved to Zone 21 where we were ambushed by a cloaked MNS- battleship or dreadnought. I didn't have time to figure out.
Probably the "Traitor" Memphis called the guy to help him kill us all without even telling us a word. To get us by surprise like a bunch of fools.
We started to attack the said MNS battleship, when this guy so called "traitor" Memphis started to shoot anything he saw like a mad man, assisting the MNS.
No words said and he just kept firing like a maniac.
In conclusion...
This was a miserable and low act from the said Memphis player. I usually like RP a lot. But this goes beyond any RP because it was completely one sided and nobody was aware of such a coward move.
I had good impressions about the people in the 5th, Jack. If I were you I would kick him straight away. To be honest I had no fun being shot down like that.
It was a bad move trying to play FL again. I will stay away for a few more months.
I understand your feeling, but you have to understand me too. What I did was completely justified to save myself out there. You are a nice guy and I am sorry that you got in the way of it. Things like this tend to happen. (Not common though)
Stay within the game. What I did today has nothing to do with 5th fleet overall behavior.
