"Oui Oui. I can arrange for a transport to meet the liner in Champagne. It will have fuel among other supplies to help it in your voyage, if that is alright with you?"
"Yeah, that'd be great" Jimmy said as he returned the pad to his jacket and picked up his glass. "Here's hopin' everyone else involved measures up to the Brigands."
Remy gives a faint smile, happy with how the meeting turned out.
Dit, Jimmy, how'd you like to go down to the Arena? It can get quite graphic, if you're not used to violence,
however most brigands find it very entertaining.
He looks at Nathen and then looks back at Jimmy, chuckling a bit.
Maybe if we give him enough money, we can even get Nathen to fight one or two of your hounds in the arena.
Jimmy drains his glass, smacking his lips once more in final appreciation "I don't mind watchin' a good fight but these plans ain't gonna finish themselves" he said tapping his jacket. "But tell ya what, when this is all sorted I'll bring the whole Pack up here to celebrate yeah?"
Zero looks upon Remy will a look of playful distain. His little comment has sure enough grabbed his attention.
"Oh you'd like that, wouldn't you Remy? It would take a lot of cash to get me in there, enough to replace those ships you keep losing three times over."
Zero's eyes return onto Jimmy who was waiting ever so patiently for the business discussion to resume.
"Anyways, right you are. It would be nice if we could get the rest of your boys down here, if they are at all like you I think we'd all get along. I've only seen a little glimpse of Ted, but he seems like a hell of a character."
"Ted's somethin' alright, I don't know what, but he is. Jasper's got a bit more get-up-and-go to him but I can see 'em both fittin' in real nice here" Jimmy said, giving the place a cursory glance. "Anyways, I best get movin'. I left those two with keys to my office on Freeport 2 and I get the feelin' a special bottle of my gin has gone missin'."
He shook the hands of Remy and Nathen in turn "I'll let you guys know when we're ready to pull this job. Stay outa trouble yeah?" With a roguish wink Jimmy strutted out of the club and all the way to his ship, stopping only to pick up his prized pistol from the stony faced bouncer.
As another day passed, another deal had to be made to better the Brigands. This time it was a meeting with the Hogosha about "possible business ventures" - or at least that's all he was told. Zero was never that fond of being the middleman in all deals but Rousseau's paranoia only permitted Zero, and a select few, to attend any sort of diplomatic talks. Rousseau was not a trusting man.
"Ugh. Lets get this over with." Zero said to himself as he piloted his ship towards the station.
He prefers to be the aggressive force that intimidated the other party into being more favourable with their offers, but when you are the only one that sort of thing doesn't really work. After getting in range of the station he received a rather familiar hail from the station.
"This is Montbard Base, state your purpose here."
A quick response from Zero responds to the transmission,
"This is Zero, of Planet Marne. I'm am here to use the MR facilities for a meeting, I assume everything is in order like last time I was here?"
"Oui. Bienvenue Zero, you may procead to Hangar 3-A."
Zero closes the comms and moves his ship into position, he didn't really share the politeness factor of Remy, or at least not anymore. Something had changed, most likely the lack of action and the ever-increasing amount of diplomatic meetings he'd had to attend.
It's didn't take long for Zero to land his diddy little ship in the Hangar and make his way out towards the centre of the station. Zero always did like its layout, significantly more structured than the rest and built to last - One central location that links to every hangar, bar and club in the station. It was clearly done in a way to allow the members the ability to keep tabs on everyone who entered and react to any scenario in an instant.
Once at the heart of the station Zero met up with what is practically the bouncer, for the whole station, and made his introduction once again.
"Bonjour. I'm here to use the facilities, VIP section - again."
The bartender looks up at Zero, giving a brief sigh before speaking up.
"Yes, so I heard. You can just head right on through."
"Before I do that, can you take a message? Great. My fête will be here soon, they're Kusarian hard to miss. Can you direct them to meet me there? Merci." Zero cut the bartender off multiple times knowing full well that he'd remain polite regardless. After his piece, he started to march forward through the arch that leads to the VIP section.
The bartender waited for Zero to walk on past him before giving a large exhale and saying "Oui" under his breath.
Outside Montbard Base - Autun Nebula, Burgundy - Shinsuke's Black Dragon
\|::::::::::|/
The voyage from Kabukicho to Montbard has been quite long, but peaceful, just like Shinsuke liked. He was to meet with the representative of the Gallic Brigands, one of the Gallic factions working 'under the radar', so to say.
["If it was described correctly and the position is correct, that should be Montbard, hai."], Shinsuke said to himself while slowly approaching the station.
Despite the looks, Shinsuke wasn't really the type to be intimidated by people, even though Gauls weren't so intimidating themselves...at least those he met during his lone-wolf convoys. As he entered the station's range, he was hailed.
"This is Montbard Base, state your purpose here."
A swift answer to the hail came from the Black Dragon.
"This is Shinsuke Kobayashi of the Hogosha Association of House Kusari. I was expected here for a meeting. Requesting clearance to dock."
"Oui, Kusarian, you are expected. Welcome to Montbard. You may proceed to hangar 2-A. One of our man will lead you to the meeting room."
He managed to swiftly set his ship into position, and landed the ship in the hangar he was told to. As soon as he left the cockpit and set foot on the station, he directed himself to the heart of the station itself - the bar.
"Konnichiwa. I'm Shinsuke Kobayashi, of the Hogosha Association of Kusari. I should be expected for a meeting."
The bartender looks Shinsuke, from top to bottom, emits a slight sigh, and directed them.
"Ah, the Kusarian. Yes, you are expected. Head that way to the VIP section. Monsieur Zero is waiting for you."
"Arigato.", Shinsuke said, and followed the bartender's directions. While crossing the arch with the directions to the VIP zone, he observed the bar's layout. He saw a man which was sat down, and approached him.
"Zero-sama, I presume? I'm Shinsuke Kobayashi of the Hogosha Association. A pleasure to meet you.", he said while standing nearby the Brigand.
"I hope we will have a fruitful meeting. Shall we begin?"
Zero shot up upon being addressed, clearly taken a little by surprised. It was some what clear he wasn't exactly paying much attention to his surrodunings.
"Ahh, oui. Sorry, erhm.." He paused clearly unable to pronounce the name that he'd just been presented with. "You're the Kusarian I've been expecting, oui? Please take a seat and we can begin."
Zero was still a little bit shaken, he must have been completely zoned out while he was waiting.
