Shame Taeni... i hope you considered my priority obviously is Kruger, even then... i dont get it. Well, good luck, no bad blood from me, still like UN and if i can help, poke and i will as i can. See ya around.
I'd strongly suggest you at the very least simply allow people who don't play all that much to remain in the faction. Even if they just meme up the chat, it still makes people look at the chat and sometimes gain the desire to log. At least if these people remain in the chat there's a /chance/ that they'll be in the mood to log in from time to time.
Having a large amount of semi active people is much better than a smaller group that logs all the time. It gives a variety in terms of characters to interact with and helps make up the difference when one of those core people cant be around.

disagree from experience.
good move on UN's part. either participate or dont make a false impression that your there.
A leader needs to know who is with them. Sometimes taking out the trash is necessary.
Edit: if they care to come back and play, the will make an effort to come back and play.
@"Tænì" patient is the only thing can make anybody strong. Think your faction as a family, you have to cool with your faction members, those peeps ain't gonna be cool but time will change them. and don't bring this in public, ppl will yell at you and kicking members of a faction that's not cool. Ppl has RL issue, some enjoy play in your faction, some are not. So take it easy.
and this

I must say I approve of this idea. As already stated it is better for you to know who is with you and who is not. "If we must choose between fear and love, it is far safer to be feared then loved." With that said, it is far safer to kick out everyone semi active and then fill your numbers up with people you have confidence in. That is the way you build a healthy faction with good RP. Getting started again is a guarantee that you will get new members to try harder and be more dedicated. Good luck mate. Huge plus from me for trying and getting your hands dirty. Cheers!

I laughed. Simply because this sounds like you would want to kick every semi-active person we have, basically the majority of the playerbase.

Keep laughing. I am glad I made someone laugh. Nice attitude.
Well, those semi active like me and some others, where the ones logging, thats why i dont get the why...
If Taeni has RL issues, kicking friends out i doubt will help. He said later was because of the constant arguing and debating me and some others done, and well, i cant deny, its a fact.
But you cant reasonably expect, that you make a group w various individuals "thick skinned" (to dont call myself ruthless or the like) and expect em to sat patiently and never attack each other "always going to each other" thats all normal.
Bigger problem is when some, lets say, soft skinned guys get in the way, then yeah, "/leave" happens.
Anyway, i will wait some days to see, and as always, count on my help. Just eh, take your time, think well. I dont think me and some others really deserved that attitude from you. You made we seem like some kind trash, to be discarded that way...
Sending a couple of guys your way, more rp oriented, if thats what your looking for now.
