Also, Nomads shouldn't be required to type text before shooting.
And they should get something to mine.
Give something to people who have trouble writing and reading English.
Last time that happened, the K'Hara ID got nerfed
How is a (allegedly bad) dev decision about something else an argument against doing something that will benefit a large portion of the playerbase. There will be people who dont speak english well, and there will be people who like to PvP outside of conn without having to listen to or type tentancle rape.

Half of the active population of Dublin cant communicate in english without using google translate. When I asked one of them (in German) who told me he had been playing discovery for over 5 years how he hasnt learned english in that time, he said he's an old man (I'm assuming 60 +).
Whether people "should" be able to learn English or not, and whether you like it or not, fact of the matter is that there are many people who dont communicate well in English, and that will never change.

At present, the requirement to chat before engagement as a nomad is basically a requirement to do bad, unrealistic, immersion-breaking, repetitive, boring, and in some cases borderline sexual-harassment RP.

And again... if you think your nomad RP is super-creative, super-fun, and super-leet, nobody is stopping you from continuing to do it.

I don't really care if you agree or not, or if you enjoy Dublin being a lolwut RP zone like Planet Erie. If you want to change things, do it in Dublin and don't try to alter other playerbases' interaction areas. I'm however tired of people who want to play a Marduk, do it for a week and then realize it is "just another battleship". Making the actual nomad playerbase suffer for some people who are just curious on how playing ship x is like is just plain stupid, and it is something Discovery has a tendency to do. Certain individuals are ruining the "Oh, those Nomads are dangerous and mysterious!"-effect by playing Nomads without having read up anything about how you play them.
If you want HHC in Dublin, have HHC in Dublin, not in the Nomicrons.

I actually agree with Jayce and Sombra here. Thats what made Joining K'Hara or the Vag's something worthwhile, as they make you work to get what you want, which is something that I really like. Sombra also made a good point that their not unique once everyone has them, and then there would be no point to join the official faction's of the nomads either. It was always an incentive of joining to get what you want, but also learning how to RP a nomad and many other things over time.

Yes so you put me in "those ppl who want marduk for week" before getting to know me ,i dont know do you know any active indie as myself? After being mistreated by its own officials such as ignoring and raging cause I failed to CD a 72nd ranseur ....(which made me rage and seal my good relations with khara) ........I started trials before Huggie was leader ,I was inactive in that september due to graphic card . When i got back i was denied instantly with excuses such as "khara is invited only" .I wanted to talk to foxglove about vargants ,he didnt even respond to my pm ...And yet I need to respect you ? Thanks to few khara and one vargant i will stop this ,since there are indeed ppl who helpled ..I am not giving up on nomads . I just dont want to spam and show false respect to ppl what have disrespected me already only because my wish to become official ...PM ignorance ,and trial shut down without reason other then "elune has shooting complex" is giving me nothing to respect for ....I really want to respect and not be such agressor against officials ....But they are BLOCKING MY RP ......starting from disabling LOOT on nomad indie..I am out ,this conversation is begining to tire my brain ,since it will last forever until i stop......For all lost indie who would like to not give up on their nomads we can groop and defend zol together since we ingame are ALONE

And you basically confirmed that you play nomads to get the ships, not because you enjoy the RP.
