The winter has closed in, and I'm find myself with more and more spare time. Despite all my friends (originally) leaving the mod, I've remained dedicated and trying my best to keep myself active, which has worked out quite well. For a while I've been wanting to find a good way to help keep a mod that has entangled me alive and I'm willing to do what's necessary to keep this place alive. I won't say I'm perfect but when it comes to decisions I'll always think things through to ensure the best outcome.

Moon and Sam both have Forum Accounts, but hardly ever use them.
I am sure they would be surprised by this.
'I would like to be half as clever as some people like to believe they are' Life is full of disappointments, it is how we handle them that helps to define us, as a person
I'll throw my hat in and vote for myself. I wouldn't mind being orange and drunk with power. Kinda like being president these days.
Liked by many, hated by many, some may even like to hate me.
I'm a fairly experienced and knowledgeable player. I do have the time, and should for the next several months, but I'm not in school and even when I was working I was never too far from the forum. I can write, I can type, I can ctrl+c/ctrl+v with great finesse. I've worked in military, customer service, data entry etc. I was an english minor and usually spend more time editing my posts than writing them. I would certainly maintain a serious approach here as always.
I believe I have more than demonstrated a professional and serious attitude regarding forum activity, RP and in game actions thus far. I always keep my cool and never get angry over forum posts. I always think about my posts before dropping them. I have been observing the mod mostly as a neutral in both inrp/oorp my entire time here. Only lately have I found myself involved with one non neutral faction (SIS) and maintaining a non-bias despite my involvement there will not be a problem. I'm always up to help players, in any way, especially with new players hitting beginner obstacles and common problems regardless of circumstance.
As to tech knowledge, I think I could handle the forum no problem. As to help with game stuff, I am full of great suggestions. Seriously though, I can't program but I do know actual logic well, so coming up with systems for triggers isn't out of the question, if it came to that.
As to the others, I only know @Victor Steiner really, but he has certainly shown professional demeanor, commitment to the mod and high attention to detail. I'd definitely vote for him as well.
Also, just from reading the entries, I agree Sand_Spider seems like a knowledgeable and experienced player. Its like the old saying goes, experience outranks everything.
And really most of those here I think all have a great interest in the mod/server so I have no real complaints, as I'd expect them all to live up to their word, the same as mine, that they'd not abuse their position and be fair to all players.
Mostly I'd just like to see what people think, if I got it I'd probably panic.
I thought I might as well did my head in and attempt to help out some more. In recent times I've dedicated most of my disco tone to helping others as can be seen with my small work on the tutorials, here and there.
My reasoning for doing so is that I've not been enjoying the game as I once did, but I still care for the community so I'm trying to give something back, even more so as I was given another chance after my fiasco.
I think most people would agree that since I've been unbanned I've matured a lot and I'm not the same person I was. I've recently been unprobated which reflects this.
At the end of the day, I spend most of my, sadly plentiful, time forumlancing and I see this as a potential extension of my ability to help. Whether others would agree with this opinion, that remains to be seen.
(As a small note, I've been a moderator on a mybb forum before, but it was a long time ago, I'd have a basic idea of how stuff works and all that, but I'd need a little bit of time to adapt to how this forum may be different. As far as my own suggestions go, I'd recommend @The Sovereign and @Foxglove for the reasons of I know them and know they can keep their cool.)
Well i've just got home from a very busy long day at work, dealing with little trouble makers causing problems in and around a shopping center, it can be fun but it can be boring, but i'm tired and i've checked skype and discord and i've several people suggestion I should apply for this position as a mod.
I'm all up for it and i'm also very aware that i have a bad reputation for "Leaving threads" or "Rage quits" or what ever you want to call them, but if you understand situations I was going through on a personal level then you could and possibly would understand them.
But yes I would like to apply for this position, I can access the forums and server from home and usually can access skype, discord and the forums through my phone at any given time or day, even nights.
I work shift patterns so I do have time to do the job and also take a break from disco to keep my cool, and with the current status of disco being low on population and i've been a veterened member of this community since 2010 I think i've been here afairly long time and seen alot come and go here.

In your Application, you can tell us why you think you have got what it takes to be a good Moderator.
I have more integrity, cognitive skills, and wisdom than all the present and former discovery mods and admins combined, which is the reason why they've rigged the system against me using some nonsense about boogeyman status.

I suggest myself, because I don't have any friends and none other can make discovery greater (far greater than it ever was) than me.
I'll tell you how once I figured out how this moderating business works, trust me.
@Captain_Nemo i would definitely recommended, have know him for quite a few years and in my opinion is a very good member of this community.
@TheUnforgiven is someone i have known for a long time as well, never one to get heated and bent out of shape over anything i can recall and another good member here.
And honestly surprised no one has recommended him, and i can say i really do not know him personally. But from what i have seen over the years i would think @Jack_Henderson might be a good canidate, but i have been out for so long i do not even know if he still plays much
And as far as me, no way i would want to be. I hate you all and would want to toss you all in Bastille!! Lol j/k but no i have no interest myself, i do not play much and hoping i will not have the time soon for much of any gaming when i get back to work. 12 hours a day 7 days a week of work i will be mainly working and sleeping.
