Because the station has been there for over a year now. Sadly Commonwealth regulations regarding space station construction has been brought to my knowledge only lately.
I'm a freelance miner and trader. Used to work for DSE, but decided to make my own dream. CSD was initially constructed as simple cargo pod for my own needs. But it soon attracted miners and traders from Liberty and beyond.
At the moment CSD is a thriving hub for dozens of mining and trading ships. It would be great, if that could continue.
I have been notified by Fleet Marshall Markus Brass about the situation and that there is a fine of 30.000.000 S.C to be paid, which I already did.
I think it would be reasonable, if I paid 180 million credits for those 15 months my base have been present. As a gesture of good will and hope for good relationships in the future. Just give me bank account where should I deposit this.
