Reporting back that yesterday we offloaded 4 shipments from 3 transports over the course of a couple of hours. 4005 units of Munitons from our essential cargo were offloaded (Supply Center updated), as well as 6558 units of Side Arms (non essential but always importing) from a Junker who wished to remain anonymous. 2880 units of the more advanced "Kemwer Munitions" were also brought in, which we'd normally not have much access to, but a private dealer who had pre existing stockpiles approached us regarding a deal. I accepted. So, if all goes well we'll be importing the rest of their stockpiles, and perhaps other advanced weaponry, after some technical 'administration'. Those combined with the marines and military vehicles we've imported, in the coming weeks we should have a decent ground force ready to defend our base and be sent out for commando raids.
I've also posted a contract for for Envoys, by the thousands. I plan to send them out into the civilian areas as operators for the Resistance to organize civilian participation in resistance operations, and reinforce a civilian based network. This should help keep the people's morale up, and keep them working in an organized fashion against the occupation forces. This should open us up to the ability to conduct espionage and sabotage in civilian occupied areas and industrial sectors. That will be of particular importance in the event of an allied counter offensive, or the necessity to operate completely independenly if the BAF contingent withdraws.

I've been requested to document the more humanitarian side of our operations, so here we are. Yes, our fighters on the ground need weapons and munitions to bring the fight to the enemies of the crown, but just as important are meeting the human needs of our fighters. Resistance fighters aren't mindless robots, they are people, flesh and blood, and sometimes we get very painful reminders of that.
I started the run by loading up my ship with as many casualties as she can carry and still manage to break atmosphere. It'd be lovely to have access to the docking ring again, but until that hardware's liberated, we'll have to make do. Our casualties were stable, but there's only so much med stasis bands can do. They need professional attention, and we just don't have those surgical abilities on Leeds proper. So it was a race against time to get them to medical facilities well behind the front on Cambridge.
Utilizing Gallic trade lanes and gates to save time (2), I made it to New London without issue. Breaking through the lines at Southhampton saw me come under fire from Gallic batteries, but no patrols deployed to exacerbate their warcrime of firing upon a hospital vessel (3). We got to Cambridge in critical but stable condition (4) and could offload our heroes to the medical care they earned.
For the return trip, I stopped by the orbital platform near Cambridge to pick up a new batch of med stasis bands (5) and returned them safely to Leeds this time via jump hole (6). With stealth more of a priority than time, I could afford to take the shortcut through the radioactive zone. I would not have wanted to give my earlier patients a free dose of chemotherapy!
All in all, 335 casualties out, and 335 med stasis bands back in, ready to accommodate the next batch of fighters that need them, which I fear will be soon enough.

Reporting back that over the weekend and today, we took in another 13,000 units of Munitions. During one instance we had a little trouble with a irritated MRG pilot that tried to give us the boot. I did what I could to keep him busy while the others got clear, and just barely made it back to the atmosphere. Luckly our supplier came back some time later and Captain Newport finished unloading his munitions. The LRF|Penrose was also there (provided by the Sundrey Clan) to help offload. So far we're keeping the supplies incoming, so I expect increased enemy attention. All personel are advised to remain extemely cautious of interception while en route to the atmosphereic entry point!

Military Salvage, Vehicles Stockpiled:
Over the last several days we've done a fair bit more offloading of Military Salvage, brought in courtesy of a Congress vessel, the .:j:.Harrow. They were a big help and quite reliable in promply bringing in several shipments, totalling at over twenty thousand units.
Also, we've begun to bring in Military Vehicles ourselves. Its a bit slower a go but we're pecking away at the quota I set for ten thousand. A couple of us have been at it, I've left my cams, the rest will be up as we go.
Freighter captains: We have brought some of these in bulk to the hideout, along with a small starter group of Envoys. Feel free to offload, please document all you can. I'll send send credits for completed jobs!
Watch out for enemy partrols! Avoid capture at all costs!

MV's Update:
I've personally delivered another 1370 units of Military Vehicles to the surface. We brought some in system ourselves using Freelance vessels, and transfer them over at the Outposts. Its not exactly legal, but by the time anyone runs those ship's licenses...or lack there of, we'll be long gone with them. Its better than getting caught smuggling restricted cargo in illegal vessels while flying the Resistance Flag. Besides, its for a good cause of course!
I've used the same tactic to retrieve a consignment of Envoys from Roppongi Station in New Tokyo. I've yet to get them planetside, but should be able to within 48 hours. Once on the surface they can begin infiltrating civlian areas and merge into the population. We'll continue to bring them in at least to the 20k unit initial quota.

Science Program Yields NEMP
I managed to make contact with a black market dealer who was interested in unloading a previously constructed NEMP Launcher with a full torpedo compliment. It cost me quite a bit of Scientific Data that I accumulated via Project Ragnarok. Still, it saved us greatly as it may have taken much more to construct a new device on our own, or via a 3rd party researcher, which is still an option for further aqcuirements.
I've assigned the weapon to a stealth bomber and have it ready for deployment. We may target Royal Navy base, or at the very least, keep it for massive retaliation should the Gauls attempt to wipe out any of our bases.
MV's Update:
Runs to and from the surface continue with Military Vehicles via my freighter, the Stratocaster. Another 580 units unloaded. The Supply Center will be updated shortly.

Hey Skipper and anyone else cleared to read this,
I had a run in with a ship called "The.Prometheus" in Leeds today. Claimed he was working for Liberty Navy Intelligence and threatened to blow up some of our assets if I didn't parley with him. Seems "Skyhawk," the navy guy who badgered you to let me get back to space after being captured, is on this guy's kill list. He actually wanted me to lure Skyhawk aboard my ship and slit his throat, which is of course impossible to the point of comical absurdity.
Anyway, long story short, I have one guy claiming to work for the Liberty Navy who wants me to pass along a message to lure another guy who definitely works for at least part of the Liberty Navy into some kind of trap in the tau's. Wanted to get your input as to how we play this one. Do I trust Prometheus and pass along the message to Skyhawk or trust Skyhawk and tell him about the trap? Additionally, do I tell my Gallic contacts about any of this? It's a piece of intel that keeps me in their good graces but costs LRF proper absolutely nothing. I'm inclined to say no, but it's always good to occasionally feed your handler something so they don't start digging more on their own.
Prometheus also claimed that there was a Gallic ambush waiting for me in Magellan and that there is a Gallic Mole in the LRF. No idea if he's just spouting hot air or was thinking of me with the latter.

Glad to hear from you captain, I guess that means you're still in one piece. Sounds like you're still flying too, and no stranger to danger out there.
I'm a little concerned about these 'contacts' you're running into. I wouldn't do any more deals with anyone not able to present an actual Navy or Intelligence I.D., and I'd advise you to try and stay out of this. If this Skyhawk did work for the Libertonians, and/or if The Prometheus also does, it sounds like they are hiring some nefarious individuals. I would hope they can send some of their own agents, and not these shady third parties, like these literal 'cut-throat' types. Glad you didn't get sucked into something crazy.
As to our assets, ever since your last security 'issues', we've increased our security personel and procedures greatly, both on the ground, and at the Outposts. We now scan all ships coming and going to our hangars for anomalous devices, and I also just recently stationed large contingents of Marines and back up Light Arms/Side Arms on both Outposts. So I've issued orders for a security sweep, but we have our bases on lockdown and well secured. My guess is this was a bluff.
I'd get clear if I were you before they drag you down captain! If you are captured again, you'll be considered compromised! For your parole checks, give as much disinformation as possible!
Stay safe Newport! I need every man I can get blockade running!
Just finished some humanitarian work for the resistance. Puddle Jumper swapped 3,250 medical bands for 1,625 refugees, which the new Vow to Thee got to Manhattan safe and sounds. It's really satisfying that the cargo hold of the Vow is exactly 5 times that of Puddle Jumper when crew and armor are taken into consideration. No incident on the trip to New York, brought back pharmaceuticals from Denver to get to the front lines. Infection is just as good at waylaying our boys groundside as the frogs are. Hopefully, this gets fighters back on the line.

Hudson reporting in, just an update that I ran 458 units of Military Vehicles to the surface yesterday. Regular offloading of MV's by freighter continues. To freighter captains: We still have some BMM's and Side Arms stockpiles left, its first come first serve, if you ship em, keep the proceeds. Please leave our minimum levels filled though.
To Newport: Excellent work with the humanitarian supplies. I'll leave you in charge of all that. Do what you can, and if you want to bring in large shipments yourself, let me know and we'll try to take care of it ourselves!
I also have transferred the first 2200 Envoys I wanted brought to the surface to Outpost Alpha. LRF tagged freighters earn 5 mil per trip from me. Drop the screens here please, and you're good to go. If we can move them quick, I'll keep em coming.
I'm keeping our facilities on high alert and under heightened security procedures for the time being. I'm also staying on the move between Edinburgh and Leeds when not hauling cargo, and rotating my assets. As a precaution, I've moved some non essential vessels to Providence station in Edinburgh to lay low. I've pulled all my ships from the surface when not engaged in cargo ops, and leave the Stratocaster secured at the Outposts between runs. The Repulse is partially powered down not far from Leeds and awaiting further orders. I'll be travelling via the following vessels as primary shuttles/scouts.
I have stashed the light bombers in various locations, but left the Waran as an emergency backup on the surface, the only craft I'll risk leaving planetside for the time being. The rest of the base supply vessels and the research vessel are holding at their regular ports nearby. I'll be using those listed primaries to move around and access the rest as needed.
I've contacted the allies to offer our assistance in a counter offensive, and ask about a potential strike on Issoudun Drydock [Comm Link]. Specifically, with the NEMP, which could render the base disabled for many days. It would be even better if the Libertonians and BAF could get in there for a knock out blow while its vulnerable, and scrap the whole thing. But, even if we can disable it for a short time, it might help things out at the front. Keep your fingers crossed lads!
