Suspicious Military Actions
Responding to an emergency call I deployed into Hudson system. There, I encountered an entire Military battlegroup including a Bismarck and other heavy assets sitting idly in front of the Hamburg Jump Gate while a large battle between Liberty Navy, Liberty Security Force, Auxesia versus Unioners, Liberty Rogues and the Order was taking place just 8-9K away. Here is a short analysis of what transpired:
Despite the fight taking place well within Rheinland territory our Military did not engage the hostiles.
I requested multiple times to be invited into the shared communications of our forces but all my requests were ignored as well as the invitations I sent.
Eventually U-101 arrived and after I provided a sitrep we attacked the enemies of Rheinland. In all cases the Military remained uninvolved and did not aid us.
What is even more concerning and suspicious is that Vizeadmiral Kreuzer ordered the Liberty forces to disengage and return to their side of Hudson. In unison, Gunda Riehl of the Unioners also asked the same. That would have resulted in BDM ships being overwhelmed and destroyed while Rheinland's enemies escaping intact. Fortunately for us, the Admiral of the 5th Fleet was well-aware of the treaty and rebuffed Kreuzer's order.
Quote:[RM]RWK-Elbe: Kreuzer: This is Vizeadmiral Reinhold Kreuzer speaking to the Liberty forces, return to your side of the zone. UN|Gunda,Riehl: Riehl: Wait - did the Liberty navy cross into Rheinland territory? [RM]RWK-Falkengraf: All ships, all callsigns are hereby notified to exit the Rheinland zone of Hudson with immediate effect. No exceptions. 5th|Sophia.Cleveland: By the Peace Treaty we are allowed to enter the Rheinland side while we are fighting, when the fight started on the Liberty side.
During a critical moment an Order Battlecruiser entered the fray and from the dialogue it was revealed that the Unioners have cooperated and assisted the terrorist organization known as The Order in the past.
Quote:CV-Selket: Webb: "This is the Selket, moving in to provide aid to the Unioners." UN|Gunda,Riehl: Riehl: Good to have you with us CV-Selket: Webb: "It's a pleasure Riehl, you've assisted us, now it's time to return the favour."
The Vizeadmiral ordered the BDM personnel multiple times to withdraw immediately and not engage the enemies of Rheinland. Of course the order was ignored.
Quote:[RM]RWK-Falkengraf: E: Lichthammer, get your men out of there and into the cordon. [RM]RWK-Elbe: Kreuzer: I repeat, to all Rheinland forces disengage and join the primary fleet now! UN|Gunda,Riehl: Riehl: Alright, we'll return to to the cordon. [RM]RWK-Elbe: Kreuzer: Agenten last time, disengage now! BDM|U-101: Agents, carry on your fire! Take these unioners out!
Fortunately our forces fought valiantly and Rheinland's enemies were scattered and defeated. The Military's sole explanation for this conduct was that their battlegroup was maintaining a cordon around the Jump Gate in order to protect Hamburg system.
This however makes no sense since it is well-known that the unlawfuls use jump hole anomalies in order to enter Hamburg. It also does not explain why they refused to defend the Rheinland territory in Hudson, why they could not send a portion of their powerful battlegroup to aid us in a battle that was raging just a few K away, why they ordered the Liberty forces to stop fighting the Unioners and leave, and finally why they did not allow me to enter their communications in order to coordinate more efficiently.
It is not the first time Vizeadmiral Kreuzer's name crosses my desk. A few weeks ago we caught him disabling trade lanes in order to slow us down however we decided not to pursue the matter any further.
After the fight, I was contacted privately by Lina Koch, a Flieger of Rheinland Military. In case you find it interesting enough, I am attaching the conversation I had with her.
BDM|B-67: Alright. This place is private enough. Lina.Koch: So, what is going on here? BDM|B-67: We can talk here. Lina.Koch: Fine enough. BDM|B-67: Be more specific Private Koch Lina.Koch: Liberty opened fire on Rheinland vessels? Lina.Koch: That doesnt make any sense Lina.Koch: They are busy with Gallia. Lina.Koch: Why would they open fire here? Lina.Koch: And what have Unioners to do with this? Lina.Koch: What happened at Atka? BDM|B-67: Thank you for your assistance Engel, 101 BDM|B-67: I will handle this myself Lina.Koch: The high command of the Military here is secretive.. BDM|U-101: You don't say. Lina.Koch: And BDM seems to have another clear picture here. Lina.Koch: I just dont get why Liberty opens fire, there were reports of a Schwadron fighting together with Unioners. BDM|B-67: It was a large fight between Unioner and Rogue forces against Liberty and Auxesia Lina.Koch: Im relatively new to the Military I admit, just gratuadet from the Akademie 1 year ago. Lina.Koch: Hm... BDM|B-67: The fight took place in our side of the system. As it fell under our jurisdiction, BDM engaged. BDM|B-67: However [RM] refused to engage, remaining passive and did not assist us. BDM|B-67: That's the story, Flieger Lina.Koch: Yes, I saw that got ordered to standby even. Lina.Koch: But also heard stories where some militaries fought with Unioners together. Lina.Koch: Are these rumors true? Lina.Koch: Like are there internal conflicts? BDM|B-67: As far as I know they are just rumors spread by the Unioners to alienate the BDM from the RM. Lina.Koch: Hm... Lina.Koch: I just know what I will do, gaining a view on the current affairs in the Military Lina.Koch: Something is really wrong. Lina.Koch: Like a conspiracy almost... BDM|B-67: Perhaps you know something that we do not? BDM|B-67: Perhaps there is something you want to share with me? Lina.Koch: I dont hide anything BDM... but others do. Lina.Koch: And internal struggles are not something new for Rheinland. BDM|B-67: So what do you know? BDM|B-67: I cannot help if you don't share with me the information you have. Lina.Koch: Rumors from other Fliegers that there were fights where Military fought together with Unioners. Lina.Koch: In Bering I would assume Lina.Koch: sadly I dont have any proofs Lina.Koch: But the situation from today concerns me. Lina.Koch: That they could be true. Lina.Koch: I wish I would know more you know... Lina.Koch: But just know its rumors and concerns BDM|B-67: The Intelligence Agency of Rheinland is responsible for ensuring that no traitors are working within our midst. Lina.Koch: I got actually some spare time from the northeastern front. BDM|B-67: Follow me Lina.Koch: Alles klar Lina.Koch: Hm, did I got myself into trouble now? Lina.Koch: For being curious? BDM|B-67: So I was saying BDM|B-67: That we are responsible for this kind of task. Lina.Koch: Indeed thats what you are, thats why I hoped you know more about possile traitors in the military working with terrorists like Unioners. BDM|B-67: Even if the Buro knows a few things BDM|B-67: It is not allowed to be shared with Fliegers of the secondary Military fleets. BDM|B-67: I am not sure what you are trying to extract from this meeting. But it looks like you have nothing interesting. BDM|B-67: Follow your commanders' orders. Lina.Koch: I just got questions... because Im worried. BDM|B-67: If you believe they are breaking the law, report them to me. BDM|B-67: Only with proof we can act and root out the traitors. Lina.Koch: Naturlich... I will keep my eyes open for now. But only now I just can tell the rumors Ive heard. Lina.Koch: Apologies to bother you, that you thought I would know something improtant... Lina.Koch: Ach herrje... Lina.Koch: Maybe I could sign up for patrol groups in the north western territories maybe then I can see any weird happenings. BDM|B-67: Sign up where you want to be. Where you want to fight. BDM|B-67: If you want your job to be rooting out traitors, then you need to join the Buro. Lina.Koch: Hm, I guess you only follow the Regeln... so I will fly to Hamburg for now. Lina.Koch: Sorry to bother you. Lina.Koch: I dont think Im well made for the special forces of Rheinland... Lina.Koch: Im just a rookie... Lina.Koch: Auf wiedersehen. BDM|B-67: Auf Wiedersehen
This is a Priority-level report and thus instructions are requested by the Oberkommando on how to further proceed in regards to these developments.

Abteilung I. A modular station was erected within Sektor-7. The station's name is Heddernheim Facility and docking was restricted to BDM ships which is a violation of national security law. Subsequently contact will be made immediately with the base administrator in order to rectify this problem. ●
Abteilung II. During a patrol in Frankfurt system I encountered an IMG secondary transport hauling Military Vehicles. The transport was also heading towards Sigma-13, which was in violation of the embargo. Fortunately, I managed to intercept it in time and enforced the law. The captain was cooperative and complied with my orders. During this interception I was also assisted by former Direktor Koch. ●

Suspect: Konteradmiral Claus Auttenberg
After I received an emergency call in Thuringia, I was dispatched to the scene in a Fafnir. The conversation was heated however I managed to cool it down and find out what happened. ●
Apparently Konteradmiral Claus Auttenberg attempted to disrupt the lawful decommission of the two installations by ordering an attack on the RNC Bismarck which was carrying out its legal duty. This unlawful order led to a skirmish between RNC, BDM and [RM] ships. [RM]Dornier-05, piloted by Konteradmiral Claus Auttenberg, was successfully destroyed as well as a [RM] gunboat while the others retreated to Thuringia. No losses were reported on the lawful side.
With the invaluable assistance of Konteradmiral Gerhard Wolf, we talked to one of the [RM] survivors, Kaptain Alexander von Harrisburg, commander of [RM]RWK-Rosenheim who admitted to breaking the law and named Konteradmiral Claus Auttenberg as the one who issued the orders. I decided to not press the matter due to the mitigating factor that the Kaptain was obeying his superior's orders.
Our efforts should focus on finding whether Auttenberg is still alive. I am in contact with Konteradmiral Wolf in an effort to solve this matter internally considering the sensitivity of the situation while our House is in the middle of a brutal war.
Addendum: I just received the blackbox logs from the skirmish. It appears Konteradmiral Auttenberg was the first to issue an attack order. This is in direct contrast to von Harrisburg's testimony. Here is the raw material: ●
RNC-Staufenberg: Tannenberg: Greetings Rekrut. BDM|Rkt-Hans.Reinert: Greetings [RM]Dornier-05: Herr kapitan, wait a second. RNC-Staufenberg: What is it Soldat? [RM]Dornier-05: Ich not a soldat, kapitan. RNC-Staufenberg: Your rank is? [RM]Dornier-05: Konteradmiral der Rheinwehr. RNC-Staufenberg: Good to know, Herr Konteradmiral. [RM]Dornier-05: And ich would like to ask you some questions. RNC-Staufenberg: Then speak, Herr Konteradmiral. [RM]Dornier-05: Question one. What is happened is Sektor-7? RNC-Staufenberg: We removed a modular base which was in conflict with Rheinland law. [RM]RWK-Rosenheim: Guten tag. BDM|Rkt-Jonas.Saurer: Very interesting. [RM]Dornier-05: Soldat? You sure? BDM|B-13: What's the name of the traitors? BDM|Rkt-Hans.Reinert: Checking logs RWK-Prinz.Eugen: You've had enough time to evacuate anything valuable. [RM]RWK-Kehrwieder: Probably. RWK-Prinz.Eugen: Besides, we're getting the information that some of the Rheinwehr personnel have committed an act of treason. RWK-Prinz.Eugen: Make sure they meet the justice in an appropriate way. I will be watching. RNC-Staufenberg: These are very dark times for Rheinland. RWK-Prinz.Eugen: Things looked grim often enough, but we should not fall to infighting, and neither we should tolerate traitors. BDM|Rkt-Hans.Reinert: Parabellum, Roseneim and Schwabach [RM]RWK-Kehrwieder: Indeed, working together should be our goal. [RM]RWK-Kehrwieder: Not fighting against each other. BDM|B-13: Rekrut BDM|B-13: Did they belong to the [RM]. These ships? [RM]RWK-Kehrwieder: That's true, but we have bigger problems then that. [RM]RWK-Kehrwieder: Just look at Kusari, the Hessians, Unioners and even Corsairs. BDM|Rkt-Hans.Reinert: yes. [RM]Parabellum (vhf), and the others with [RM]RWK- RNC-Staufenberg: Two gunboat class vessels. BDM|Rkt-Hans.Reinert: ah, also a fafnir, [RM]Dornier-05 [RM]RWK-Kehrwieder: We're wasting Military and Nachrichtendienst ressources here. BDM|B-13: Did we execute the traitors? Or did one of them escape? [RM]RWK-Kehrwieder: Which we could gladly need somewhere else. BDM|Rkt-Hans.Reinert: yes, the snub pilot, and one of the Oder BDM|B-13: We need to find the traitors. The pilot of Dornier-05. They need to face justice. RNC-Staufenberg: Dornier-05 was piloted by Konteradmiral Auttenberg. BDM|Rkt-Hans.Reinert: The Dornier has been destroyed BDM|Rkt-Hans.Reinert: Just the Parabellum and the Roseneim escaped MAD|Dir-Karl.Ullman: Greetings. RNC-Staufenberg: Guten Tag. BDM|Rkt-Hans.Reinert: Guten Tag BDM|B-13: We are looking for the captain of Parabellum and Roseneim, Herr Ullman. BDM|B-13: They commited treason when they attacked BDM. [RM]RWK-Kehrwieder: Parabellum is docked at the station right next to us. BDM|B-13: What's the name of the captain? [RM]RWK-Kehrwieder: I'm not really aware of that. [RM]RWK-Kehrwieder: This codenames give me some problems. BDM|B-13: I will issue a search order for both of them. BDM|B-13: Can we rely on [RM]'s help? So that the traitors find justice? BDM|Sgt.Liam.Engel: So, I guess both bases have been deconstructed already? BDM|Rkt-Hans.Reinert: Ja BDM|Rkt-Jonas.Saurer: Korrekt. Completely zerstoert. BDM|Sgt.Liam.Engel: Gut zu wissen. BDM|Rkt-Jonas.Saurer: We did however run in to resistance. BDM|B-13: Unfortunately the Base Administrators refused to comply with Rheinland Law. BDM|Sgt.Liam.Engel: Sad to hear. [RM]RWK-Kehrwieder: I can indeed try to help you. BDM|Sgt.Liam.Engel: No if thats not Gerhard Wofl. BDM|B-13: We would be thankful. How can you help us? [RM]RWK-Kehrwieder: It is Engel, glad to see you in space again, where have you been? [RM]RWK-Kehrwieder: Let me check who's behind the pilot of the Para..bellum or whatever the name was. BDM|Sgt.Liam.Engel: Here and there, I've trained my crew for the Freiburg on Basis Remagen. BDM|Sgt.Liam.Engel: But good to see you alive Gerhard. [RM]RWK-Kehrwieder: Working for the BDM now, heh? [RM]RWK-Kehrwieder: So... I checked the database, it looks like it's a pilot right below the Admiral. BDM|Sgt.Liam.Engel: Ja.. I didn't want to serve under Baeke. [RM]RWK-Kehrwieder: I can't find his name, because of classified informations. [RM]RWK-Kehrwieder: Oh yeah, Baeke... don't remind me of that. BDM|B-13: Traitors within the Oberkommando? BDM|B-13: Mein Gott... [RM]RWK-Kehrwieder: Welcome to Rheinland I would say. [RM]RWK-Kehrwieder: Internal problems there, and over there. BDM|Sgt.Liam.Engel: Please, don't remind me Gerhard. BDM|B-13: Konteradmiral. Can you find anything on Roseneim? [RM]RWK-Kehrwieder: Alexander von Harrisburg. [RM]RWK-Rosenheim: Guten tag. [RM]RWK-Kehrwieder: Rank, Korvettenkapitaen. [RM]RWK-Kehrwieder: He's to our left. BDM|Sgt.Liam.Engel: Guten Tag Battleship Freya. KF|RNC-Freya: RO: Guten tag. [RM]RWK-Kehrwieder: Kapitaen of the Rosenheim, this pilots are telling me that you engaged them? [RM]RWK-Kehrwieder: Is that true? [RM]RWK-Rosenheim: No it's not. [RM]RWK-Kehrwieder: Are you sure about that? [RM]RWK-Rosenheim: We and Konteradmiral Claus Attenberg was near our base. [RM]RWK-Kehrwieder: And what happened there? [RM]RWK-Rosenheim: After, came Battleship, and openned fire to base. [RM]RWK-Rosenheim: We warned him, if he won't stop, we will attack. [RM]RWK-Rosenheim: Warning was useless, then we openned fire. BDM|B-13: Your attack was unlawful. BDM|Sgt.Liam.Engel: The base was violating Rheinland law. [RM]RWK-Rosenheim: After, Buro agents openned fire to me. [RM]RWK-Kehrwieder: You're aware that this Modular Stations were illegal and violating the Law of the Bundesrepublik Rheinland? [RM]RWK-Rosenheim: Yes. [RM]RWK-Kehrwieder: So, even when you were aware of the violation, you still decided to attack this Nachrichtendienst pilots? [RM]RWK-Kehrwieder: May I ask, if you're insane Kapitaen? [RM]RWK-Kehrwieder: Defending an illegal station... [RM]RWK-Rosenheim: No, i'm not but our order was to defend our station. [RM]RWK-Kehrwieder: Who gave you this order? RWK-Prinz.Eugen: Your order was violation the law, soldat. [RM]RWK-Rosenheim: Konteradmiral Claus Auttenberg. RWK-Prinz.Eugen: Don't you have your head on your shoulders? BDM|Sgt.Liam.Engel: apperently not BDM|B-13: We cannot blame Alexander if he received orders from a superior. [RM]RWK-Kehrwieder: Konteradmiral Auttenberg, did he told you, from where he got the orders? RWK-Prinz.Eugen: Charge them with treason, and send them to the court. [RM]RWK-Kehrwieder: Kapitaen, you will formally say a big big sorry to this Nachrichtendienst pilots. BDM|Sgt.Liam.Engel: Doesn't this remind you of something, Gerhard? [RM]RWK-Rosenheim: I don't know, where but the order was to defend our station. BDM|B-13: An apology is not needed. BDM|B-13: This man was clearly following orders, he is innocent. [RM]RWK-Rosenheim: I have question to Buro's agents. Why you so interested in our bases? BDM|Sgt.Liam.Engel: I remember when von Braun and Kaiser were put into jail following direct orders. [RM]RWK-Kehrwieder: Some harsh times back in the days. BDM|Sgt.Liam.Engel: Rammstein must be a very nice place when they put every traitor into this place.
[[RM]RWK-Kehrwieder: Von Braun is now the advisor of the Valkyrie Freikorps. BDM|Rkt-Jonas.Saurer: If a base is violating Rheinland law, it becomes our business. BDM|B-13: So Gerhard. BDM|B-13: What shall we do now? BDM|Sgt.Liam.Engel: Did they mess him up? BDM|B-13: We don't want this to become bigger than necessary. BDM|B-13: Can the Oberkommando deal with this Konteradmiral issuing outright illegal orders. [RM] ships were lost because of that. [RM]RWK-Kehrwieder: Well, I will talk with the Highcommand. BDM|B-13: Please keep us informed. I would try to calm the Direktor on my end. BDM|B-13: He would probably be furious by these actions. [RM]RWK-Kehrwieder: Will do, can I have your name Agent? BDM|B-13: Inspektor Landers. [RM]RWK-Rosenheim: We need to end this conversation and start raid to Kusari front. BDM|B-13: There are ways to solve this crisis internally, without becoming a bigger headache for all of us. MAD|Dir-Karl.Ullman: I have been waiting for such line. [RM]RWK-Rosenheim: Because this conversation is useless now. [RM]RWK-Rosenheim: Having second war isn't good. [RM]RWK-Kehrwieder: I will contact you when I got new informations Inspektor Landers. BDM|B-13: Shall we return to Schatten, gentlemen? BDM|Sgt.Liam.Engel: Ja.

Rheinland Law Violator
Datra
Today while flying on patrol in the Hamburg system (Sektor 7E), I encountered a ship that on seeing me decided to pull off autopilot and manually fly for the asteroid field. I decided to follow it. The ship came back as a "Bullmastiff" Pirate transport. I followed it through New Berlin Jumphole before stopping him for questioning. Upon explaining that his ship was subject to destruction, and offering him to eject to stay unharmed, he decided to flee. I opened fire and he attempted to enter cruise multiple times. I should note that he at no point opened fire on me. He then attempted to jump back to Hamburg, an attempt I tried to counter. Unfortunately my system malfunctioned and I was not able to stop the jump in time, and as a result ended up jumping by myself. After jumping back, the Pirate transport was long gone.
Rheinland law has been made clear to the subject, and thus should be destroyed on sight.

Zoner Carrier border violation
One of our automatic Tiger Sharks interceptors during a routine patrol encountered in Sigma-21 an extremely well-armored and armed Zoner Carrier named ZC-Arkadia. After being ordered, Arkadia complied and stopped for a routine inspection and questioning. During the questioning the captain admitted to flying from Omicron Rho to Sigma-15, stopping at Freeport 8, before continuing to Sigma-21. This is a direct violation of the Directive for foreign capital ships and law enforcement vessels and subsequently was fined 20 million credits.
However the captain refused to pay the fine, mentioning that this was a matter for the "Zoner Council". He was then promptly informed that Rheinland does not have the obligation to negotiate with any Zoner Council when in comes to their House Law violations. The captain was offered an alternative way instead of direct payment by assisting us in R&D of a civilian vessel but he refused again, citing neutrality. In the end he was pressed again to pay the 20 million SC while being warned that there would be consequences for refusing. Instead he said that he doesn't have that money. Strangely enough only the ship's extra armor plating is valued to cost at least 40 times the amount of the imposed fine.
Subsequently, and as a Light Fighter could not force the issue more on the Zoner Carrier, the captain was informed that he has 24 hours to send the payment. But no payment has arrived so far. Finally, the report's precedence is flagged as Priority considering that a warship of that size and power was intercepted while flying right behind our battle lines in Sigma-21.

Junker Congress, Valhalla Shipyard and Thuringia
After receiving unauthorized pings within Thuringia, I launched on a Tiger Shark to scan the system's perimeter. Shortly afterwards Spezialagent Engel joined me on another Tiger Shark and we intensified our search operations. Eventually in the northern side of the system I tracked and intercepted a Junker Congress ship named .:j:.Emily.Burton which was heading for Puerto Rico. Together with Sgt Engel we interrogated the individual, the full conversation is attached at the end of this report. Emily Burton stated that there is information about Thuringia amidst the Junker population of Puerto Rico. As for herself, she learned about Thuringia from a man named Vincent who is based on Freeport 2 and commands a Rheinland Pirate Cruiser. She also admitted to illegally salvaging parts from Valhalla Shipyard. She claims to be 16 years old, a minor.
In the meantime, Liam Engel departed from the area to switch into a fighting ship; I couldn't allow Emily Burton to leave Thuringia considering the amount of information and activities she was engaged in. Admittedly I was also impressed with her abilities considering how young she is. Eventually the individual was presented with a choice: Join BDM as a child protégé who will be trained and eventually become one of us or face capture.
She chose the first option. So we set course for Planet Weimar and delivered her to the appropriate personnel. In the meantime I intend to follow up the rest of the information and leads she has provided us with.
BDM|L-Nord: This is the BDM. .:j:.Emily.Burton: B-back off. BDM|L-Nord: Cut your engines. BDM|L-Nord: Identify yourself. .:j:.Emily.Burton: E-e-emily Burton. BDM|L-Nord: And you are working for the Congress? .:j:.Emily.Burton: Mo-most of the t-time BDM|L-Nord: How did you find out this system? BDM|L-West: Most important how did you get in. .:j:.Emily.Burton: I-i-in a ship? BDM|L-West: You are not in the position to make jokes, Junker. .:j:.Emily.Burton: I-it's sar-sarcasm. BDM|L-Nord: The situation is not good for you right now. You better answer to us truthfully. BDM|L-Nord: Who told you about Thuringia? BDM|L-West: Wir warten. .:j:.Emily.Burton: Fol-fol-followed a r-rumor. BDM|L-West: A rumor. Wie originell. BDM|L-Nord: And what is your purpose here? .:j:.Emily.Burton: We- we're in a system f-full or wr-wrecks. Ta-take a guess. BDM|L-Nord: Full of wrecks? BDM|L-West: Wrecks, that belong to who? Richtig, UNS! BDM|L-Nord: Can you point us out where did you find such wrecks? BDM|L-Nord: Actually. Why don't you take us to these wrecks Emily? BDM|L-Nord: Set course. .:j:.Emily.Burton: I-i can take you to the sh-shipyard. Th-those junks a-are really old. BDM|L-Nord: Who else knows about this shipyard Emily? BDM|L-West: That is far enough. Cut your engines here. BDM|L-Nord: Other people in Congress know about it as well? .:j:.Emily.Burton: Pro-probably. I-i've heard a ru-rumor in 'Rico. BDM|L-Nord: Ah this is the Congress' headquarters I believe .:j:.Emily.Burton: Do-don't think the-there is one. BDM|L-Nord: So you are the only one who knows of this location? .:j:.Emily.Burton: O-obviously no-not. BDM|L-West: I doubt that she's the only one if all of Puerto Rico heard this rumor. BDM|L-Nord: Junkers are opportunists. Sometimes they keep valuable wrecks to themselves. BDM|L-West: I'm not sure whats more important. .:j:.Emily.Burton: We-well, the g-guy who told me, go-got there with half of a cru-cruiser. BDM|L-West: Surviving or being shot by the locals. BDM|L-Nord: Half of a cruiser? Can you tell us his name? .:j:.Emily.Burton: Vi-vincent Vincent. I'm n-not joking o-on this one. BDM|L-West: Vincent who? BDM|L-Nord: Yeah half of Liberty is called Vincent. .:j:.Emily.Burton: So-some weird *ss fr-freelancer. BDM|L-West: A bit more precise. There are a lot of Freelancers. BDM|L-Nord: So a freelancer is flying half of a cruiser-size warship? .:j:.Emily.Burton: To-towing more like BDM|L-West: Of Rheinland origin? .:j:.Emily.Burton: He-hessian. BDM|L-West: Hessian? BDM|L-West: From this scrapyard? BDM|L-Nord: Ahh. I know what you refer to. The Pirate Cruiser. .:j:.Emily.Burton: Ye-yes. Bought the wh-whole engine section BDM|L-West: You still haven't told us hist family name. .:j:.Emily.Burton: Vincent. .:j:.Emily.Burton: Yes. BDM|L-West: Vincent and? .:j:.Emily.Burton: Vincent. .:j:.Emily.Burton: To-told you i'm n-not kidding. BDM|L-Nord: And how can we meet this freelancer? He obviously needs to stop spreading such rumors. BDM|L-West: Nord, I have to leave for now. BDM|L-Nord: Very well.
.:j:.Emily.Burton: Ho-how much of a tr-trouble am I in? BDM|L-Nord: It depends on the level of your cooperation. BDM|L-Nord: You help us with the investigation, you might actually live. .:j:.Emily.Burton: L-live or li-live freely? BDM|L-Nord: Live freely. BDM|L-Nord: So I asked you a question. .:j:.Emily.Burton: I'm si-sixteen. Di-din't knew it was i-illegal to be here. .:j:.Emily.Burton: To-told you already. BDM|L-Nord: I asked you how I can meet this Vincent .:j:.Emily.Burton: Ge-get him drunk, I guess. .:j:.Emily.Burton: Tha-that's how I did it. BDM|L-Nord: I mean where do I meet him, how can I meet him. BDM|L-Nord: Do I send him a communication? .:j:.Emily.Burton: Co-could work. .:j:.Emily.Burton: H-he's a b-bit of an idiot. BDM|L-Nord: I need something more than "Vincent" then as the recipient of such message. BDM|Sgt.Liam.Engel: Guten Tag. This is Spezialagent Liam Engel des Buero der Marineintelligenz. .:j:.Emily.Burton: H-his name is Vincent Vincent, g-goddamnit. BDM|L-Nord: Hello Herr Engel. Please stand by. .:j:.Emily.Burton: D-do you know I cou.could think of a n-name that dumb? BDM|L-Nord: I need more contact information, than just a first name Emily. BDM|Sgt.Liam.Engel: What's the situation? BDM|L-Nord: Our patience is running out. BDM|L-Nord: We have an intruder Spezialagent. BDM|Sgt.Liam.Engel: Das sehe ich, anything special? I heard something about Vincent? .:j:.Emily.Burton: T-the hell could I t-tell you? He has a Pitt. ac-accent. Drinks che-cheap booze. BDM|L-Nord: We only have a name so far. Can't investigate with just that. BDM|Sgt.Liam.Engel: Where can we find your "Vincent"? BDM|L-Nord: Does he base out of somewhere? .:j:.Emily.Burton: F-freeport 2, probably. BDM|Sgt.Liam.Engel: I'm not very surprised. BDM|L-Nord: One more question: BDM|L-Nord: Have you had any dealings with the people of the shipyard? .:j:.Emily.Burton: W-with who? Wh-whole place is a-abandoned. BDM|L-Nord: Of course. .:j:.Emily.Burton: C-could extract th-three magbottles f-from those o-old reactors. BDM|L-Nord: Have you had any other meetings in Thuringia, except this current one? BDM|Sgt.Liam.Engel: Stealing? From Rheinland? .:j:.Emily.Burton: N-nope. .:j:.Emily.Burton: A-all three were too damaged too. BDM|L-Nord: Apparently Miss Burton is also a thief, except an intruder. BDM|Sgt.Liam.Engel: I don't like thiefs. .:j:.Emily.Burton: H-hey! .:j:.Emily.Burton: D-don't leave y-your toys lea-leaving a-round for a 140 y-years then. BDM|Sgt.Liam.Engel: You are in Rheinland Frau Burton. BDM|Sgt.Liam.Engel: Everything is property of Rheinland, abandoned or not. BDM|Sgt.Liam.Engel: What should we do with her, Nord? BDM|L-Nord: She knows too much I am afraid... BDM|Sgt.Liam.Engel: Indeed. .:j:.Emily.Burton: A-about what? BDM|L-Nord: You know what. BDM|Sgt.Liam.Engel: Okay, look, here's the deal. And this is only once in a lifetime. .:j:.Emily.Burton: C-can tell the o-others th-that nothing is in h-here. BDM|Sgt.Liam.Engel: Because we are friendly agents and don't want to spill blood further. BDM|L-Nord: I promised you can live if you cooperate, Ja? BDM|L-Nord: Burton? BDM|Sgt.Liam.Engel: So, how about you join us. Go through basic training and become a Agent of the Buero? .:j:.Emily.Burton: W-w-w-what? BDM|Sgt.Liam.Engel: If you agree we will "forget" what happened here. BDM|L-Nord: It is the only way you can live with that knowledge. BDM|L-Nord: Of the shipyard, of this system. BDM|Sgt.Liam.Engel: Because the blackbox of our ships are recording. BDM|Sgt.Liam.Engel: And our friends will hunt everyone down who you know and had contact with. BDM|Sgt.Liam.Engel: So? Frau Burton? Ihre Antwort? BDM|L-Nord: You are a protege Emily. .:j:.Emily.Burton: Y-you want a 16 y-year old g-girl w-who suffers in 1g a-as an agent? BDM|Sgt.Liam.Engel: Minderjaehrig also auch noch. BDM|L-Nord: You are so young yet you managed quite a few things as you previously told me. BDM|L-Nord: BDM is looking for talent. BDM|L-Nord: Your talents are rather wasted in the Congress. .:j:.Emily.Burton: I-i guess. W-will I c-commit s-suide by shooting mysel-myslef in th-the back? BDM|L-Nord: Suicide? .:j:.Emily.Burton: Da-dark humor. BDM|Sgt.Liam.Engel: She reminds me of Viktoria. BDM|Sgt.Liam.Engel: Kinda same humor. BDM|L-Nord: Ha-ha. BDM|Sgt.Liam.Engel: So, have you decided Frau Burton? BDM|L-Nord: You will be trained to become part of the best agents in Sirius. BDM|L-Nord: All we need is a "yes" or "no" from you. .:j:.Emily.Burton: W-well I s-seen a wi-wilde g-gunboat before, th-thought that w-was the .:j:.Emily.Burton: y-yes. BDM|L-Nord: Weapons offline. *sighs* BDM|L-Nord: Take her to Weimar, Engel.

Rheinland Law Violator: Munkey
Today, while patrolling within the Frankfurt system, I detected a ship going by the callsign of Munkey, a Serenity-class civilian medium transport, undocking from Planet Holstein, possible direction vector for Neu Berlin.
Upon performing the usual cargo check, while its cargo hold was empty, his weapon storage was not: along several samples of common countermeasure droppers and cruise disruptors, he did carry several samples of restricted Rheinlandic weaponry, namely:
- 2x 'Stealthblade' series photon blasters;
- 2x 'Stealthblade' series photon turrets;
- 2x 'Hornviper' series tachyon cannons;
- 1x 'Firekiss Mk II' series plasma cannon.
The subject was notified of his law violation and of the consequences - as for Law 2.2.1, all restricted equipment used by Rheinland law enforcement in hand of non-Rheinland personnel is to be confiscated. However, not only he did not comply with my order, instead he employed Holstein's mooring platform to land his vessel. With little cunning, I successfully managed to lure the target space-borne again, only for the same
captain to state that he got rid of those Rheinlandic weapon samples.
Upon notifying the target of his law violations, he docked again, not to be seen.
The law violations are the following:
§2.2.1. - Violation, got rid of weapon samples.
2x§2.4.1. - Double violation, did not comply to given orders.

Rheinland Law Violator: HAMMY
Guten tag.
Today, traffic in Frankfurt was slightly higher than usual, so I decided to patrol the lane between Mannheim and Mainz. Within the vicinity of Mainz, a Behemoth-class medium transport - callsign HAMMY - was scanned as usual, and resulted that was hauling Refugees, likely from Planet Nuremberg, given the dire situation in Munich.
When I attempted to stop the vessel's captain to inform him of his violation of Rheinland laws, he blatantly ignored my multiple orders to halt, and forced me to deploy cruise disruptors to stop his ship. I informed the captain to turn back and head to nearby Planet Holstein to offload the Refugees he was illegally moving, but he outright refused, and kept running from me, heading towards Mannheim.
With his blatant ignorance of Rheinlandic law, as well as defiance of a direct order from a Rheinlandic law enforcement officer, I was ultimately forced to resolve to brute strength. My nimble Sleipnir easily ruptured the Behemoth's hull, turning it to dust. I took as many people as I could onboard my ship and offloaded them on Mainz, the remaining ones were picked up by a friendly ship passing by the lane, which took them to safety at the nearest station.
The law violations committed by this captain - despite justice having been delivered - are the following:
§2.4.1. - Violation of orders given by law-enforcement authorities’ representatives.
§1.4. - Transportation of more than 100 persons is restricted only to liners and ships of size up to 3.000 cargo units.
§1.4.2. - All ships caught within Rheinland space violating this regulation will be detained and passengers will be reloaded in space if a ship of law enforcement authority suitable for their transportation is available. Alternatively, detained ships may be either returned to the spaceport where they loaded passengers or to the nearest station or planet. After that, captains of these ships are obliged to unload all passengers and then undock for leaving check to make sure no one stayed aboard. In extreme cases, law enforcement units are authorized to use necessary force. If such an event happens, responsibility for any possible injuries of passengers lies fully on uncooperative captains.

Assignment Report: "Lost Prototype Recovery"
This is my report on the "Lost Prototype Recovery" assignment.
Made my way to Planet Weimar, Thuringia, to gather the gear required for the assignment. In the meanwhile, I asked the engineers to run a full check on my Sleipnir, to ensure it was at 100% and at full operational status.
Went back to my ship with survival&salvage gear and an HEV suit, placed the gear in my hold and proceeded to my ship's cockpit, ran pre-launch checks and system checks, as usual. Everything green all around the board, asked Weimar Control for takeoff permission, which was granted. After a successul takeoff, I set my waypoints to the last known location of the prototype vessel. The way from Weimar to the coordinates was clear of hostiles. Upon reaching the coordinates, within the Nordhausen Fragments in the northern side of the system, my scanners identified a jump hole anomaly connecting Thuringia to Puerto Rico in sector 2-Delta. Caution advised for radiation within the Fragments.
Successfully engaged jumping protocols, I entered the Puerto Rico system.
The anomaly connecting to Thuringia is located in sector 5-Golf, within a cloud full of explosive gas pockets within the Rincon Fragments - supposed retrieval teams are to make caution when moving through due to gas pockets and background radiation. In sector 6-Foxtrot, approx. 10 clicks from the Thuringia anomaly, my ship's scanners detected an unknown vessel wreckage. The external structure as well as hull deep-scans confirmed the vessel to be of Rheinlandic origin, with Rheinlandic insignia on the sides, which does confirm the wreckage to be the lost AV-1 Prototype - the hull itself seems to be relatively stable.
I approached the ship from the cargo bay, and proceeded to enter. Made my way to the cockpit to retrieve the black box data. Further analysis afterwards detailed that most of the data were corrupted, and I only managed to retrieve the very few moments before it went dark.
After black box data retrieval was successful, I managed to check the whole ship for more clues about its fate. Analyzing the surviving electrical parts turned out to be useless as every single piece of electronics was damaged beyond repair, fried by malfuctions or decayed by background radiation. Shield emitters were damaged as well, which might explain several dents I found on the external hull from the small rocks floating around in the field.
Managed to find a small archive with BDM-related data, including prototype test data prior to the field test, as well as prototype hull designs and blueprints, electronics design and what I suppose is highly classified equipment blueprints which should still be in testing by our R&D department. Luckily, this archive seemed to be meant to be able to be extracted, thus I carefully disconnected it from the ship and brought it back to my Slepinir's hold, where I put it in a secured container.
Unfortunately, while I recovered all sensitive data from the vessel, the husk itself still remains in Puerto Rico. Not an engineer myself, I can say though that - despite the hull being in a rather decent status despite all this time - all electronics are completely fried, thus a recovery team is required to either tow the ship back to Thuringia, or repair the essentials on the field in order to be able to fly it at least on impulse all the way back.
Made my way back to Planet Weimar, where I made sure our R&D receives the secured container I mentioned.

Survey Report: "Uncharted II System"
This is my report on today's survey of the "Uncharted II" system.
Made my way from Planet Weimar, Thuringia, to Durban Station, Omicron Rho, in my personal Sleipnir where I joined up with Direktor Enfield on his Mjolnir. No hostiles encountered on the way.
We proceeded to the Omicron Delta system first, then onto Omicron Kappa. A curious encounter happened as we saw an Outcast Border Worlds Transport, callsign [XTF]-Anaranjada.Rosa being tailed by nothing else but a Gammuian AI Cruiser, callsign Broken.Machine. Upon entering Omicron Gamma, Direktor Enfield gave me the order to cut the cruiser's engines - which I did with a well-placed cruise disruptor: shortly after, we received the Outcast captain's regards for it, and we went separate ways. We went into Omega-41, then Omega-5. When we proceeded - with extreme caution - to enter the Hammen Hole, we found a gravitational rift in the middle of it.
Upon activating hazardous systems, we proceeded to enter the rift, and we found ourselves in a system similar to Bering, completely engulfed in an asteroid field, but this system's field is particularly dense even for fighters, making cruise flight hazardous at best. The entrance jumphole rift connecting to Omega-5 is between sectors 5-Echo and 5-Foxtrot. The first thing that we saw, however, was a derelict Vidar-class Hessian cruiser sent to explore the system, most likely remained stranded yet in very good conditions. Proceeding further into the system, joined by the RNS-Braunshweig shortly after, we met a captain in a Big Dragon transport, callsign Ghods_Demi, with several units of a local mineral called "Narcrahtite".
We took samples of the minerals, then explored further on. A few clicks from what seemed the system's middle, we saw another derelict ship, this time a Liberty Dreadnought. Like the Hessian cruiser, it was in excellent contitions - yet it raised the doubts on how a ship of such magnitude managed to enter this system. It brought me to the theory that gravitational rifts open and close everywhere around Sirius, and where it opens pilots and captains go, only to risk remaining stranded within it.
Upon exploring further on, we noticed a third derelict ship, this time an Enclave cruiser, like the ones that glassed Leeds. Nearby it, a jumphole rift located between sectors 4-Charlie and 4-Delta which was - according to my computer - linked to Gallic space. Deciding not to push further on, we scouted the system for anything else worth mentioning, but we were unsuccessful. One thing to mention is that the Nav Maps do not work properly within the system. Usage of waypoints is highly advised.
We then made our way back to Omega-5 through the rift we crossed to enter, then back through the Omicrons to Frankfurt, where we made way to the AESIR facility - where the Narcrahtite mineral has been successfully stored.
1. The gravitational rift in Omega-5.
2. Hessian Expeditionary Cruiser.
3. Derelict Liberty Dreadnought.
4. Enclave Expeditionary Cruiser.
5. Narcrahtite left on AESIR.

Verstappen
