BCV South Louisiana "Colossus"-class Rheinland Train
Commission date:19.06.826 Shipyard:Pacifica Station Crew:40 Cargo capacity:5.000 cargo units Armament:None Primary purpose:Construction Supplies
History:Ordered in June 826, the South Louisiana was supposed to be the first of Bristol Construction's super transports. With the company growing and requiring more and more hauling capacity it had only been a matter of time until there was a dire need for a ship of this class.
And so the Unioners were tasked to build the South Louisiana, named after the once biggest port in the old United States.
With the huge amount of cargo capacity, the Colossus class would be an excellent fit within Bristol's cargo fleet.

History:The Pittsburgh was ordered in April 826 with support of the Battlegroup Harmony. With taking over the task of responsibly salvaging the war wrecks in Bering, a vessel with the equipment and cargo capacity was required. The enhanced armor plating would help against radiation and the strong criminal element within Bering.
With crew trained by the DSE and a department of the ALG on Bristol Station, the vessel soon became a crucial part of Bristol's day to day operations.

History:The Pioneer Spirit is the second ship in the Bulwark line. Built with improvements learned from the Keystone Project, the Pioneer Spirit was again, majorly produced in sections within the Bristol Group's factories. Assembled within Alster Shipyard, the final touches were given to it in an emptied out Bristol Depot salvage scaffold. Akutan Productions then equipped it with the best weapons systems available at the time.
Its interiors are equipped with a survey system by Foreman Ltd. And cargo capacity enhancements by Erie Mining Corps lead to a relatively safe way to go beyond the original cargo specification gaining an over 25% increase at the slight risk of venting cargo at no risk to the employees.
The ship perfectly represents Bristol's ideologies made technology. Heavy armour and systems that prioritise the safety and efficiency of the crew over potential speed or extra cargo.
As such the ship is an endeavour for the company to maintain but it is this strategy that got the go ahead from most representatives within the company. This also lead to an influx of applications to transfer to this Bristol Oversight Group chartered ship. As such it has the most diverse crew within Bristol. With crew members hailing from Arcetri, Bristol Security, Erie Mining Corps and more.
The rollout of the Bulwark and especially the Pioneer Spirit is seen within Bristol as the start of new era. Much is riding on the success of the vessel.
