Bonjour,
I apologize for the delay but I had to remain very quiet these last days. The Enclave is actually synonymous of chaos. Almost all the soldiers loyal to the Duchy left the Hébrides except myself.
During the glassing of Leeds planet and the evacuation of the system, my priority was to save my men and bring them back to the safety. I successfully achieved this mission. The Enclave is actually making a new High Command charged to organize the future state. However it appears purges already started and the soldiers claiming their loyalty to the Republic or the Duchy suffer sanctions.
I claimed my loyalty to the Enclave though it was only a lie in order to have sufficient time to prepare my departure. I secretly informed my most loyal soldiers of my plan that consists to move to the Duchy. In one week I managed to organize my battlegroup and added few other divisions. Thus, more than to 4240 Gallic Personnel accepted to follow me, in addition of the Sombre Destin Battlegroup.
We'll be ready to move to the Duchy soon.
Sincèrement

Commandant,
Your message has been received. I swore my oaths for Gallia; for her safety, for her glory, for her values. I would not see our nation be undone and cast down by the actions of a coven of fools, led by an incompetent monster. The war was long; the war was hard. We must return home, or what's left of it, and find another, better path that the spiral of atrocities we have committed against others, and against ourselves. My battlecruiser, the Pointcaré, will join the exodus to the Duchy.
May we, and Gallia as a people, survive through this - for a brighter future.
Sincèrement,
François Hannart de la Vignolle-Haute

Commadant,
My sincere apologies for remaining silent over the past few weeks. At the moment, everyone is in chaos, there are major rank shakeups left and right, people constantly on the move. I had to take time to make the final decision of whether I would be continuing to support the king or moving to Burgundy in order to offer my services to the Duchy. I think I am now certain of what will I be doing.
The king has fell back to bordeaux. He has proven incapable of maintaining peace within the gallia space, even after our defeat against the forces of liberty and bretonia. I think it's safe to say he's proven to not be very good at his job. We need a new king, someone who doesn't leave his nation to its devices during great danger, someone who will guide us to prosperity.
When I joined the gallic navy, and subsequently, the MRG, I did it because I wanted to protect those who can't protect themselves. The enclave's goals aren't those, but instead bringing king Charles, who was proven incapable of doing his job, back to new Paris, and they won't stop at anything to do it, even if it means killing their own people.
Despite not being very excited about working with the council, I will offer my services to the Duchy, and move my fighters and bombers to the Burgundy system as soon I receive the order to. It's time to go back to our roots. We exist to protect after all, not to kill unarmed and innocent people. May this be for a greater gallia.
Sincèrement
