Maybe people realize that the man has over 120+ models to rework, finish, etc. and that there are certain things that are more important and you had a lot of time to finish it yourself over time (talking about the Xeno snub line) and yes I agree that the Xenos deserve something new but how much activity have they shown in the last few months? However, good job pissing off one of the people that actually CAN do models and does it voluntarily?
Having had the exact same treatment with Blossom, I completely support this post.
Aerelm kept stalling the model for months and refused to give updates on its progress to both me and the dev team involved. Then Treewyrm finished up the LODs so it could be ready for the patch. Then Aerelm went berserk on Jaypate, while it was me who requested Treewyrm's assistence.
Here is the part of when GC wanted to get Blossom done

i thought the "they're doing it out of the kindness of their heart and purely voluntarily!!!! show them some respect!!!!!" argument died with durandal, but evidently not
if you need it spelled out for you: volunteering for a community, even with a sought-after skill, does not suddenly bestow upon you the right to act like an asshat and clown and be free of any and all criticism

this place really is a monument to man's hubris
It obviously does not give you the right to act like an asshat but it also does not give you the right to act the same. You had enough time to finish it yourself or find someone else who might've done it.
For all I know aerelm could have handled the situation better (hard to tell when only one side posts selected logs), but what you're complaining about here (someone doing a lot of work that only benefits a few people to make them feel more special with their new boats, but doing it "too slowly") pales in comparison with what the admin/GM team have been collectively doing for years:
Leaving the rules, which are vital for every single player here, and which are vital when present and future players decide whether they want to continue playing here or not, in the absolutely dreadful and sorry state they are in, even though other people have already done all the necessary work to improve them substantially. And not because it would require a lot of additional work from GMs, or because GMs are able to bring up a single factual argument against it, but because of their petty pride and personal bias.
If you guys cared even a tenth as much for the good of all present and future players as you care for your shiny new boats, disco would have an actual chance of moving in a more positive direction. And if you don't care for others you'd still benefit from it yourself by having more and better informed players to play with.
p.s: Also, it's amazing how much weight people put on the use of a few curse words compared to the objectively absolutely dreadful way some people here treat members, abuse their pixel power, or take their staff position hostage in order to keep others from doing the work they are supposed to do but don't.
Is trial by forum only allowed in case the person on trial has a sharp tongue (and is called aerelm, to differ them from all those others with a sharp tongue)? Or it's allowed in general now? Asking for a friend.
