Dear operatives and High Command,
With immediate effect the 46th Strike force will initiate operation Longbow Protocol.
All Auxesian forces are to be treated as hostile within all Liberty systems as per Liberty Government Announcement to the Auxesian.
We will assist the Primary forces and will set up a quick response force within Cortez system ready to swing into action.
Delta bomber wing along with a substantial Capital ship presence and also 46th|LNs-Argonaute which is now the fleet Assault Carrier able to launch a full wing of fighters or bombers.
Please report to your commanding officers for orders and directions on what forces we need for this and please stay vigilant and safe and continue your other duties as normal until the need arises to launch Strike Force Longbow.
That will be all.

Subject: Auxesian threat
Dear operatives and High Command,
Good day to all and may i just remind you all that Auxesian forces will be treated as fully hostile within liberty.
Now to my main reason for this communication. I am assuming full command of the 46th Strike Force once again as Admiral/Acting Fleet Admiral and will do so once again until Admiral Darkbeat can return to ourselves as he has had to take an extended leave due to family commitments.
There will be some slight changes to protocol initiated within the coming days and I just want to prepare you all for this, so there are no surprises.
All High Command will be informed of the changes via your private comms and anything that effects officers other than High Command will be relayed to you.
As Operation Longbow is now in effect as acting Fleet Admiral I am now instructing as many heavy vessels to station themselves within the California system.
Also reading some of our recent reports it seems that certain unlawfuls are also taking sides with these Auxesian scum and making it very difficult for all Law Enforcement in Liberty.
I am asking all operatives to assist in any way possible all Liberty forces and anyone who is in trouble due to these scum now being present and also the escalating problem of more unlawfuls appearing lately, ad there is also increased activity from some unsavoury characters known as the Lane Hackers and we will endeavour to repel all hostiles who enter Liberty space.
I would like patrols to be stepped up and more officers given overtime and increased salary to deal with this threat.
So for now my friends stay safe out there and make your acting Fleet Admiral proud.

Dear operatives and High Command,
Good day to all,
After we have continued to encounter more and more Smuggler activity within Liberty, we must now re-introduce operation Longbow.
Operation Longbow will be ongoing for several weeks and will incorporate doing regular patrols and looking to catch any smugglers that you encounter. I would like operatives to be accompanied by at least one vessel capable of disrupting cruise engines so that these individuals cannot escape and run.
This operation will run alongside all normal patrols and we will endeavour to put extra patrols on aswell as our normal ones to help with all aspects of protecting the Liberty systems.
Please make sure you report to your commanding officer's and get all the details of the operation before you leave Salt Lake today.
That will be all.

Sender ID: 1SR.Admiral James Reyna To: Other members of High Command Subject: Status of the Retribution & Potential Businesses
Greetings Gents,
After the recent skirmish with Outcast capitals in New York left the Retribution with extensive damage to its hull and ability to maintain life support, the ship was left in Norfolk's dry dock and worked on vigorously by the engineers there. After a week of having it looked at by the shipyard's highly trained engineers, the Retribution's hull has been fully repaired along with its life support systems allowing it to roam Liberty void without trouble. Not only were the hull and systems repaired, the ship is also now outfitted with a newly improved tracking system that would make the job of our gunnery much easier.
After receiving the good news of the Retribution's restoration, i decided to take it out for a test flight for the crew to adapt to the new systems for future combat. Although i must say, the engineers at Norfolk really did a fantastic job. They accomplished so much within just a week, now i truly understand why Liberty was able to produce massive amounts of combat ready warships during times of need. Being in the bridge while the ship was moving had never felt more smoother.
But now enough of talking about the ship. The main reason why i am sending this transmission is to inform High Command of an Freelancer that had appeared while i was evaluating the ship's improvements. The Freelancer had just un-moored from Norfolk in a vessel normally used for constructing installations. He then revealed himself to be the captain of 'NX-01', a Bustard which recently offered it's services to the 5th fleet.
I believe that he will prove to be a good asset to Liberty as he has coordinates to other systems as well, which may prove useful to the [CLASSIFIED] division. He also made it to be free-of-charge for us officials and the government agencies in which i think it would be beneficial in terms of Liberty's economy and military. We would be able to have access to ready-to-use coordinates for ourselves and have the ability to respond to distress calls coming from systems away.
After talking about his plans and our potential business partnership in the future, he then had to depart and send a application for a legal construction of his future installation. If the Government allows it, we will have a source of coordinates for our warships to make use of in future battles.
This is everything i have to report as of now, will update on the status of the Retribution the next visit.

[06.04.2021 13:48:56] 46th|LNS-Retribution: CIC: NX-01...hm. Oh yes, the one that offered their jumping services perhaps?
[06.04.2021 13:49:06] 46th|LNS-Retribution: CIC: I have heard of your proposal to the 5th.
[06.04.2021 13:49:16] SR-BCP: Leon: Not exactly jumping, but coordinated, yes.
[06.04.2021 13:49:26] SR-BCP: Coordinatees*
[06.04.2021 13:49:38] 46th|LNS-Retribution: CIC: Ah, apologies. I might have heard wrongly there then.
[06.04.2021 13:49:51] 46th|LNS-Retribution: CIC: So you offer coordinates eh?
[06.04.2021 13:49:56] SR-BCP: Leon: I'm here with this ship to scout for a location for an installation.
[06.04.2021 13:50:18] SR-BCP: Leon: I do. My bustard is equipped with a few bits of hardware that could support the Navy.
[06.04.2021 13:50:48] 46th|LNS-Retribution: CIC: Hm, the 46th might be interested in such services.
[06.04.2021 13:51:23] 46th|LNS-Retribution: CIC: But we only operate within Liberty, so that is not of utmost importance at the moment.
[06.04.2021 13:51:40] SR-BCP: Leon: The NX-01's databanks are almost full of system scans. I need an installation to offload my black box data.
[06.04.2021 13:51:51] SR-BCP: Leon: Hence why I'm here.
[06.04.2021 13:52:48] SR-BCP: Leon: Then once I offload my data, it's free for anyone to use.
[06.04.2021 13:52:53] 46th|LNS-Retribution: CIC: I see. Well if the Retribution ever needs some of those, we will find a way to contact you.
[06.04.2021 13:53:22] 46th|LNS-Retribution: CIC: Where are you planning to construct the installation?
[06.04.2021 13:53:24] SR-BCP: Leon: If you ever want to contact me, ask for "Freelancer NX-01"
[06.04.2021 13:53:36] SR-BCP: Leon: That'll gaurantee I see it on the neural net.
[06.04.2021 13:54:15] SR-BCP: Leon: To be honest, somewhere where the Navy presense was strong, and where my data could be easily accessed.
[06.04.2021 13:54:36] SR-BCP: Leon: Between this shipyard and the Missouri looked promising.
[06.04.2021 13:54:51] SR-BCP: Leon: Unless you had a better suggestion?
[06.04.2021 13:55:19] 46th|LNS-Retribution: CIC: I suggest somewhere close to either Norfolk or Manhattan. Most of our operatives are stationed there.
[06.04.2021 13:55:35] 46th|LNS-Retribution: CIC: You could also consider near Baltimore perhaps? Our HQ Salt Lake is there.
[06.04.2021 13:56:00] 46th|LNS-Retribution: CIC: There would be quick response forces if anything happens.
[06.04.2021 13:56:21] SR-BCP: Leon: I'd hope there's a quick response here too.
[06.04.2021 13:57:14] 46th|LNS-Retribution: CIC: Most of our warships are docked here, including the Retribution, this is where we return to for repairs and such.
[06.04.2021 13:57:43] SR-BCP: Leon: Seems I've picked a good spot for my little installation.
[06.04.2021 13:57:57] SR-BCP: Leon: If I placed it here, would the 46th have a problem with it?
[06.04.2021 13:58:15] 46th|LNS-Retribution: CIC: Negative, any problems lie within the Government.
[06.04.2021 13:58:23] 46th|LNS-Retribution: CIC: We simply protect and serve.
[06.04.2021 13:58:49] SR-BCP: Leon: Guess it's time to fill in that requisition form at the offices on Manhattan.
[06.04.2021 13:59:42] SR-BCP: Leon: It's good to hear that you may be interested in scans of Liberty space.
[06.04.2021 13:59:51] SR-BCP: Leon: We'll see what your government says.
[06.04.2021 14:00:09] 46th|LNS-Retribution: CIC: Indeed, it is a little tedious to respond to distress calls in other systems. Our warships are a little slow sometimes.
[06.04.2021 14:00:34] 46th|LNS-Retribution: CIC: Well i hope your request gets a positive response, would be good for the Liberty Navy to have access to such scans.
[06.04.2021 14:00:39] SR-BCP: Leon: *laughs* Well lucky I have fresh scans of every single sovereign system - for all houses.
[06.04.2021 14:01:01] 46th|LNS-Retribution: CIC: I'm amazed, that must've taken quite a long time.
[06.04.2021 14:01:06] SR-BCP: Leon: If Liberty rejects my offer, I'd simply ask the next house.
[06.04.2021 14:01:39] 46th|LNS-Retribution: CIC: If it does get accepted though, the 46th is looking forward to a future partner ship with you.
[06.04.2021 14:01:41] SR-BCP: Leon: Pain in the ass... but it serves me well. If I want to go see the sights in the Omegas, I have the scan.
[06.04.2021 14:02:20] SR-BCP: Leon: Well, uhh... sorry, I didn't catch your name.
[06.04.2021 14:02:20] 46th|LNS-Retribution: CIC: Quite convenient that is, do you have scans of the Galileo system at the moment?
[06.04.2021 14:02:54] SR-BCP: Leon: Let me access NX-01's logs...
[06.04.2021 14:02:59] 46th|LNS-Retribution: CIC: Sorry, that's rude of me, my name is James Reyna.
[06.04.2021 14:03:24] 46th|LNS-Retribution: CIC: I am an Admiral within the force and it seems that we are off to a good start for future business.
[06.04.2021 14:03:39] SR-BCP: Leon: Nice to meet you, Reyna. I do have the scan for Galileo.
[06.04.2021 14:04:20] 46th|LNS-Retribution: CIC: Pleasure to meet you as well.
[06.04.2021 14:04:24] 46th|LNS-Retribution: oh okay
[06.04.2021 14:04:45] SR-BCP: Leon: Admiral? That's great, seems my proposal is already accepted *laughs*
[06.04.2021 14:05:28] 46th|LNS-Retribution: CIC: Hah, don't think for a second my rank allows me to decide which installations are legal or not in Liberty.
[06.04.2021 14:05:39] 46th|LNS-Retribution: CIC: All that is decided by those way above my paygrade.
[06.04.2021 14:06:11] SR-BCP: Leon: In saying that, let's go see what they say.
[06.04.2021 14:06:21] SR-BCP: Leon: Godspeed, Rayna.
[06.04.2021 14:06:55] 46th|LNS-Retribution: CIC: Till we meet again, Captain Leon, i will inform the admiralty of the 46th about your services.
[06.04.2021 14:07:18] SR-BCP: Leon: Thank you very much. You know who to ask for if there's anything else.
[06.04.2021 14:07:30] 46th|LNS-Retribution: CIC: Righto, godspeed.

Subject: Fleet Admiral Darkbeat's absence
Dear operatives and High Command,
Good day to all,
As you are all aware our beloved Fleet Admiral had recently retured from illness, and we opened our arms and welcomed him back with much enthusiasm and belief that the 46th would push further forward and go beyond its limits to establish our presence more and more within Liberty as a force to be reconed with.
It is with great regret and sadness today, that I inform all High Command and Operatives of Fleet Admiral Romeo's health has deteriorated into a relapse of the illness that deprived him of his beloved position as Fleet Admiral not so long ago.
Myself and all High Command members are in close touch with the Fleet Admirals family in this worrying time, and we hope that we will be welcoming him back very soon fit and well once again.
So as the acting Admiral of the 46th Strike Force, it has been agreed that I once again step into Romeo's role as the acting Fleet Admiral once again.
Other High Command members will be supporting me in this role and keeping me up to speed with any developments that need to be sorted. May I also point out that we will be increasing our patrols within the next few days, and making our presence felt within Liberty once again.
No criminals or unlawfuls will feel safe as long as the 46th Strike Force are here, and we will prevail and bring these criminals and unlawfuls to justice and deal with them all in a way that means we succeed to be the best of the best.
All operatives and High Command, may I just say that we will push forward this operation to the highest level and make our Fleet Admiral proud for when he returns.
HUUURRAAA to the 46th and the swift recovery of our Fleet Admiral Romeo
That will be all.

Dear operatives and High Command,
Good day to all,
High Command have been discussing changes within the Strike Force, and one of these changes involves our operation and our protocol towards how we put ourselves forward to the people and other Law Enforcement of Liberty.
So with immediate effect we are announcing a change to our naming protocol and how we operate within the field, so the change we are making is to re establish ourselves in the following way.
The Liberty Navy 46th Strike Force will now be known as the Liberty Navy 46th Fleet and we will alter our protocols to suit this way of operating and will adjust accordingly all of our different divisions to make sure the transition is smooth and has no problems along the way.
Our Information protocols will also need to be adjusted to reflect the changes that we are initiating. All of these changes will be put into effect immediately ,but it will take a bit of time to get everyone adjusted to the new system and how we will be operating.
That will be all.

Greetings admirals,
During my patrol since two months ago, I found two things that could interest you. Indeed, in Ontario system, I found a wreck of a station. I don't know which station it was, but something maybe big happened. After, I jumped in Kepler system. I never saw a system like this before and it was my first time. All was dark, but I found a thing... I do not know what it is. All will be in the attachement.

I just want to congratulate Admiral Lex Black for his promotion. It will be an honor to serve under you sir. I sincerely believe Admiral Lex Black is the best man for the job.
I am grateful for the vote of confidence in me retaining my rank of Rear Admiral Upper Half of the entire Fleet. Frankly, with the rapid expansion of our Divisions from what started as just as one - The Strike Force, I very much prefer to be hands on with specific divisions rather than commanding the entire fleet's affairs. I shall focus on The Strike Force, but also Recoil and my pet project that still damn works with only external scientists - The RDI.
This is a new exciting chapter for our Fleet, The Strike Force will remain as powerful as ever, but we finally can formally divide resources between divisions like ARMOUR that were just slowing down our combat oriented officers in The Strike Force.

Subject: Lucrative Intel
Dear operatives and High Command,
I have some very disturbing news for you all, I have just received intel that there is a secret base within Liberty. It's purpose and location is unknown. The only clue is that it is located in one of these systems: California, New York, Colorado, Texas. The base is participating in illegal activity.
So from this moment on, we are to initiate operation LONGBOW.
CLASS PROPOSAL : LONGBOW
INTENT : Originally devised as part of the RECOIL protocol, LONGBOW has been idealized by Fleet Admiral Creed as long range, long term Operations. These can be from criminal investigations and Enemy Base sieges to long term operations, official faction business or war-time operations if Liberty goes to war with other houses.
This operation will involve our Recoil reconnaisance craft who will actively work with some of our main strike craft and search for this Insallation, gather more intel as to It's location and whether the station is dockable and preferably who owns this station and what illegal activity it is doing.
Once this Installation is located, High Command will be contacting the relevant Primary Fleets to assist or possibly take over handling the situation regarding this installation.
With immediate effect all Recoil vessels will be scrambled and given orders to search for this installation, and In the meantime I will be trying to gather more Intel from this anonymous source, who has contacted me through a secure channel.
Goog Hunting everyone.
