Admin Notice: Clarification Regarding "The Entity"

player-grade shields, infinite powercores

NPCs have always had Infinite Powercores and since the pve adjustments, they've had the same shields as players.

The Beams are lame as hell. I've only fought against the Fighters and Cruisers in my snub / cruiser, but it is particularly annoying to look at regardless.

I know NPC's had infinite powercores, yes. Problem is that their weapons have no sort of limitation built to in and are therefore broken. What I exactly refer to are my flashbacks concerning 4.85 Gallic NPC's that chainfired SNAC's ad infinum which exemplify the infinite powercore problem of the NPC squads.

First fight, I've been trying to dip my cruiser into max range of my weapons to be able to take potshots before thrusting the hell out of there. Each time taking massive damage and staying afloat only thanks to repair ship. I got unlucky and blasted away. Second fight, my gunboat was woefully incapable of countering any of the NPC assortment. The only ship that could be considered balanced for this encounter are perhaps a fighter (arguable, depending on how fast those beams really are) and then I would not be able to do anything to begin with besides dodging. That or logging a battleship which has range and hull to not instantly die.

They should have this entity attacking the core worlds. Not sure what its HP is but it would be cool to make it super strong and let 'it' rampage NY or NT, etc. Switch it up at random. Does it fire something or just spawn npc's? cut the npc's and make it able to take a huge beating and that would be a good scenario. Sounds like a good movie title, "The Entity Hits Manhattan!". It's just a matter of time before it strikes again! (Maybe even attack a POB?? which would make its appearances very interesting indeed)

Hey, love entity's work, admin spawns in general

one thing - would it be possible to increase payouts for megacreeps
or if not possible e.g. make em drop credit cards etc. Not just nomads but npcs in general (e.g. ALG event Unioner NPCs)

Would make people enjoy it more I bet

Honestly, my feedback will be short and simple: Do spawn not only at nights, please. Really want to participate, but don't stop feeling sad when I keep getting messages about boss NPC mess at 11-12 PM. Really annoying. Thanks for understanding
