Update: I tried to install Discovery on the other computer and it is the same issue, thefore I am now sure that the problem is with the router or router settings, but I already tried so many things, so not sure if I can fix this.
I was watching the login from my other account in game and it appears that the char on my wifi managed to login for a few seconds and then it always says connection lost and there's a departure log: https://i.ibb.co/nLBsYQX/eli.png
this happened to me long time ago ... but i also had problems not only here but is several places. contacted the isp, they sent a technician here and replaced the rmoden/router. all fine after that.

No this is clearly a problem with the ISP - contact your provider and I hope that they can help
It is clear that your signal stops at a certain area, are you close to the German/French area? I had a similar problem and after following it, I found the problem happening at the nodes in that area... and couldn't do anything but wait until the techs of the ISP fixed it.

Quite close to Germany, I am from the Czech Republic. I will try to contact them, however I am not really sure what exactly to tell them.
I created a ticket with the local T-Mobile provider, just stating this and attaching the screenshot. I will see if they get back to me.
I've just received a call from the ISP and they were testing it at their office and they said they accessed the Discovery IP successfully and that they are not defaulty blocking any ports or anything like that so it seemed weird to them that I cannot access it, however they are sending me a new router and I'll see if it helps.
This is a firewall/port issue, I'm sure of it. Your current router is preventing traffic on the port that the Discovery server listens on for active connections. What is the make/model/serial number of your current router?
