It is Zyxel VMG3312-T20A. The ISP is sending me a new one, probably same type but they were testing it in the office on the same type and they were able to ping the server.
The new router has arrived and I can successfully login to the server. It was that easy. Thank you very much everyone involved for all the help and suggestions! Really appreciate all the support.
