I wish to report an Outcast battle operation in Tau-23. As our Jump Gate to the system has been restored with full tradelane access, I assume it is only a question of time before we will assert our dominance and return it to Gallia's rightful hands.
The Outcasts were seen in Sector 7/8 G/H, attacking a "Kendari Outpost"
Us Gendarmerie deputies are ill-equipped to deal with Outcast Warships - would it be possible to ask the Main Fleet to send heavy assets to the area with haste?

It is official - the Bretonian Armed Forces have gained complete control of the Crayter Republic military. This puts our enemies dangerously close to Provence and in effect, Ille-de France itself. It could potentially lead to a dangerous collaboration with our enemies and the Maquisards. I am issuing a recommendation to cease all provocations and hostilities with the house of Kusari. Tau-44 will be our next focus.
Orders to the Main Fleet's Cassard Battlegroup
You are to start despatching assault groups to disrupt Crayter's supply lines and weaken their potential resurgence in the system. You have an open hand in taking down any and all Crayter combat vessels you encounter in the Gallic Regions.
Orders to the Gendarmerie
Safety in the inner systems is still a priority, but your supply units are to help Main Fleet operations in the Tau regions against Crayter and Bretonian Armed Forces.

We must know what we are up against. Your task is to survey Bretonia and Crayter and their military and logistical capabilities, especially in Coronado, Tau-31, Leeds, and Edinburgh. Your hybrid-war arm is to continue attempts at creating a discourse between the hostile parties.

Today reports from scouts came in about a fleet of Kusari and Crayter warship movement in Tau 23!
My ship has taken a deffensive stance by the gate to Tau 23 in Languedock, while our fleet made preperations to move out to intercept them! To my surprise three Crayter ships jumped in ! It was the Warship =CR=FV-Uranus|46 and two bombers! They engaged my ship but luckily my gunners managed to destroy the warship! Shortly support arrived and have taken care of the two bombers! My ships hull integrity was down to 20% so i returned to Rambouillet Shipyard !

The Security Bureau has been monitoring the situation within the Republic of Liberty for the past months to a year. Our operatives have personally inspected the system of Vespucci, Ontario, and beyond and have gathered intelligence on Liberty. Several months ago we came to the assessment that due to their now remote location and domestic issues, The Liberty Navy and Security Forces pose no threat to Gallic Navy operations in the foreseeable future.
As a result of this, I am issuing orders to cease all hostilities with Liberty forces. Should you encounter the Security force or Navy operatives within our territories then engage in dialogue, and educate them about Gallia and our Laws. The Security Bureau is authorized to share intelligence with Liberty's military intelligence and Security Forces as they see fit and prudent. Ageira is to be allowed trading within Gallia, and other trading corporations of Liberty are to be welcome to engage in commerce and when on our territories are to be under the full protection of the Gendarmerie, who should announce the domestic impacts of these changes to citizens.
Direction of the Combined Fleet
We are not our past. I know a lot of you are still open to the idea of a Kingdom, but our past should not tie our hands. We are here to build a strong and powerful Gallia. Our present operations will focus on who our real enemies are - the Kingdom of Bretonia and their puppets the Crayter Republic. They announced to annex Tau territories, murdered hundreds of Gendarmes in cold blood, and sided with the Alien menace when they destroyed our Barge and seized and destroyed Gallic infrastructure. They cannot be allowed to usurp the resources and people of the Taus with their expansive brutality.
They are the real enemy, and the Taus must be protected from their destructive hand. To achieve our objectives we must be able to focus, however. As the conflict with Bretonia and Crayter rages in the Taus, we are to treat any encounters with the forces of Kusari with caution, using force only as the last resort, honoring the wording of the THE TREATY OF RISHIRI (ADJUSTED) when possible. We will not make the same mistake the King made when he fought on increasingly large amounts of fronts at once, our focus remains on repelling Bretonia and Crayter from the Tau regions, keeping the faint Maquisard presence with more bark than actual bite in check and attempting to deter the Outcasts from poisoning Gallia with their destructive drugs.
I once again thank the Main Fleet, Security Bureau, and the Gendarmerie for their efforts and following the spirit of these orders.

In accordance with the Executive order, we are standardising internal protocols. None of the long meaningless noble titles of the past are to be used by the Gallic Navy, Gendarmerie or Security Bureau personnel, doing so is considered a serious breach of conduct.
In regards to the officers who come from noble descent and have been serving the Gallic Navy for years now honourably - I have filed a formal plea for an amendment to the executive order. You have all actively abandoned the sickly ineffective Royalist ideology, have embraced the Gallic Union and have built up influence based on your merit, by serving the Union through your actions in the military. You are an indispensable part of our structures, and I will shield you to the best of my ability.
The former nobles who have failed to enlist are not even citizens and should have long rotten in prison camps. But they are nothing like you - decorated and valued officers who have embraced our military society with it's order, strength and corruption-free ideology. I want to make that clear.

We are at risk. We are at risk from the predatory houses of Bretonia who assaulted Brittany alongside the aliens. We are at risk from the house of Kusari who destroyer Lorraine and led to millions of deaths of Gauls.
For this, a powerful minefield was erected next to the entrance to Tau-23, to serve as a deterrent and first line of defence against any potential invading forces of the hostile houses, their Crayter puppets and the unhinged Outcasts.
Gallic Corporations have free reign - we want them to exploit the resources of the Hebrides the Sirians call the Tau regions, the same regions that we will one day rightfully reclaim. Their activity is to be encouraged and protected. But we cannot afford Sirians to pour into Languedoc through the restricted area and make a mockery of our defences, bring in spies from the hostile houses or allow Maquisards to pose as Sirians and sabotage our defences.
The Gendarmerie has made our intention public and the gendarmes should patrol the area. But that will not be enough as a deterrent. I am ordering Enseigne Pierre Henri to command a gunboat squadron, lead by GNS-Hermione on a permanent assignment of guarding the restricted area. Turn away Sirian traders, work with the Gendarmes, hand out large fines for repeat offenders and destroy those that do not comply. The security of our house depends on you.
