What lack of communication do you mean tho?
The one where we're actually finally told beforehand (not in full detail, but teased) in a bunch of posts what stuff is gonna be added and changed?
Or the one where we get updates on the progress?
Or the one where we are actually told a reason why it's not coming yet?
I gotta say this is much, but not a lack of communication. This currently is the most amount of communication I've ever experienced coming from devs towards the regular player base since I started playing disco in 2015.
Take your time guys. Better deliver a polished product, than a buggy and unplayable mess! Keep up the good work!
Jokes aside, could we get a dev diary about the Mil Salvage, Xeno Relics, and Azurite Gas? Curious to see what these are for after seeing some teasers in a few previous posts.
Thanks for the heads up, it's obvious that some players have been pissed off by the humorous comments of some of the "devs". It doesn't matter to me, after all I don't use [patreon], developing patches for games with love and passion is a process, and I look forward to the new patches that the devs come up with.

Mostly just the lack of communication on delays. I was probably a bit harsh with my wording, and if this was actually a last minute delay based on something that only came up within the last day or two, then that's more than fair.
Every other aspect of communication, especially the 'patch when' threads, have been on point, but that's somewhat needed with an update this big.

The primary reason why delays have been happening so close to the dates that we initially wanted to release on is because we keep working until we realize we have to delay. This time around we were talking about how we could release on the 29th, but that it was going to be tight, and then a bunch of other bugs and glitches came out of nowhere on top of Discord being unusable for half a day. We didn't know a week in advance that we wouldn't be able to patch either, we all found out pretty much at the same time. It's not ideal, but there's little we can do about it unfortunately. Ultimately we just want to have a release that people can play without 712 server restarts and crashes or other ridiculous bugs like being able to teleport across the game with docking modules or something along those lines.
