We got 2 perked OC cruisers that ran on 75% as a requirement for granting them to us at the time. The reasoning being for us to RP our way up to 100% through RP and gaining the experience in the use of them.
But now they are also at 10% since they were used at 75%
The ships are GC-Akechi-kan and GC-Murasaki-kan.
We were planning to submit the request for 100% in the near future, as we have gathered sufficient RP for it. Thing is, how do I go about this? You want us to techcompat this or make it another perk request?
I didn't expect it to go from nerfed ships to completely useless all of a sudden, so I can just as well do this now.

Planetform is a very critical source of income for Bretonia, and they are definitely a trusted corporation given the Crown and PFI are both well aware of their little secret. I would argue they have a standing similar to Bowex and BMM. They would probably deserve lawful ship access like the other two.

Order can use Liberty Blackmarket ships, but not the guns (10%). Is this intentional?
Why was the faction perk for the ships suddenly removed? Did this happen to all official faction perks?
We can review the perk. They weren't targeted specifically, but in re: Gaians the connection with Corsairs was seen as a lot more tenuous than represented by techshare.

This is true. I was on the fence because they weren't a Crown corporation, but I don't think that's reason enough to get rid of it.

Kinda slides more into Admin territory, but I think it could be a reasonable enough techcompat request, personally. I think worst case techcompat requests that go outside the scope should just be made into SRP requests.
I can see a lot of work has gone in to this and thanks for your efforts to simplify the system.
But, of course there are always anomalies in this type of complex re-arrangement. I'm curious how it can be that the Corsairs can now use Hogosha ships at 100% while the Hogosha are reduced to 10% if they purchase a Corsaier ship? Makes no sense to me and not the sort of deal I would accept if I was in charge of the Hogosha. Please provide us with logic we can understand for this decision, if not necessarily agree with, or make the Corsairs and Hogosha equal at 100% compatible up to gunboat level as allies most likely would agree to.

They aren't SRPs. They are part of the GC OF ID.
SRPs are tied to the person. These are perked and belong to the faction as a whole.
How about I throw in a techcompat exemption request with all the RP we did surrounding them?
Its honestly just about the percentage, because its an already approved perk.

Something would be appreciated. Losing a perk without any warning given is not too nice. It rendered a number of our ships useless. It would be good to know what to expect in the future at least, instead of suddenly finding a bad surprise.
