I am not here to bargain wit the Lemons of Discovery around why or how DTR is to blame for it, I am here just to attempt to find a reasonable and sensible solution to the problem at hand, as is done when faction feedback is usually utilized. If you have something to comment, then kindly formulate it in a way that's not insulting or shifting supposed blame from X to Y. That, and, please do not respond to my feedback unless you represent the HS> faction.
Thanks.
Are you though ? You know who the people were, they posted in discord, this is a discord matter - I don't see what exactly stopped you from talking personally in PMs on discord with the outcasts impacted, or Bob / Karidon, they aren't exactly hiding, and this is a very easy matter to resolve via PMs and moderation adjustment in DTR discord. Why would you take it public like that when you can resolve this directly?
Discord feedback should be kept to discord and that's by far the best channel to reach the other side - or am I completely off base here.
Is the interaction of "Cruiser finds GB, /l1 /l2s and engages in less than 30 seconds and then calls a bomber to assist" what's to be expected from HS>?
If so, then it really is not cool and will only make people less interested in interacting with you. 'Cause that's exactly what I feel like doing right now.
If you are considering joining HS> let me tell you they are the nicest group of sniffers out there. My experiences with them have been exclusively positive. They will teach you anything you like about any shipclass. HS> is home to cruiser aces that will help you run circles around your enemies, fighter aces who will take you to a new level and have you 1v5ing Libertonians and winning in no time. They do not yell about your skill issues in battle either, they pull you up and help you do better next time. HS> is a model for the way OFs should be run on Discovery.
Initially, I learned about HS> from the fights in New York, which arose very suddenly and were often of a large nature. Interested, I made myself an indie bomber and began flying with them. I did not meet any rejection, despite the fact that no one knew me there. Sometimes I even received personal orders and saw how positively it affects the fight. When I wanted to join, I had already been flying with HS> for about a month, and was promptly accepted. I liked that most of the members are very responsive. It's not like you wrote a question and expect an answer from the same person a few hours or even days later. Thanks to these people, I not only gained theoretical and practical knowledge about piloting capital ships, but also learned how to earn money for their purchase being an Outcast. Literally in three weeks of calm play, I already have 7 ships under the HS> tag of different classes, one of which is already equipped with a hyperspace matrix and a jump drive - the signature of the faction. Advanced industry (POBs) give access to the creation of unique equipment and codeweapons, if you want to possess such.
In battles, I'm always reminded of a fair duel, even if we don't get it in return. HS> members perform well in PVP, but this is not their only occupation. Recently, I had to be a miner, a trader, and participate in PVE encounters. Positive relationships with indie Outcasts allow you to have many allies who are always ready to help. Therefore, I am never afraid to engage in battle with superior forces and do my best to respond to calls for help.
The faction is also involved in the RP. A lot of information is provided about who the Outcasts are and how to play them. Despite the fact that I am more of a PVP player, I was not somehow slighted or punished for the lack of RP activity on my part. In fact, I even got a promotion for participating in the activities of the faction and discussing current issues. The official status of the faction gives you the feeling that you influence the game world, as is happening now with Freeport 9 storyline.
Overall, I'm having a good time here. Definitely recommend.

I saw that a bounty claim was made on a member before any deals were signed and played in game. That information is strictly between the two groups and the bounty claim is certainly before it's time, so there was no way for your members to have this information (except of course if you read the forums).
This happened months ago, but I had an HS trying to interact with me in the middle of Manchester - surrounded by multiple lawful stations. One of which a Bounty Hunter's station. This person was apparently starved of interaction. I confronted leadership about this and was told that the interaction was fine.
I pointed to HS as a standard of how to play baddies right. I still believe there are good people still in the faction, but as with Discovery, the standard of how to conduct yourself in an RP platform has dropped.
It ain't about what you are capable of, it's about what you're willing to do.

There's 4 BHG claims, 13 Corsair, 2 Coalition kill and 4 Piracy claims. All of which are either our enemies or can be pirated by Outcasts. What exactly are you talking about by deals or inRP knowledge?

So a HS player tried to interact with you on a spot with lawful NPC stations around. Did I understand it correctly? Do you mean to say unlawfuls should not be able to fly or interact in lawful territory and that would be upholding higher standards? There really is nothing wrong with that. Lawfuls can visit unlawful territory to start something and vice-versa.

Where in this list do you have bounties on Freelancers? I'm referring to FE| tagged ship as the bounty claim is from 13/01 before anything of importance had occured.
