I was hoping to see your application on my desk, and you did not disappoint. I think your work ethic during our mining ops speaks for itself, so there's really just the background checks to get out of the way. I gotta tell you though, while we have big plans, it'll take a long time to see them come to fruition - so you best buckle in for the ride.

Howdy there Mr. Richards.
I'm glad to see another Pittsburgh native making the transfer to the bigger world out there. As someone who has kids your age in the Navy, you've made the right choice son. You and your family will be well taken care of, and once you earn a bigger stake on a ship you're flying, you can even take 'em on board with you. Read up on the regs, complete the necessary training courses, and be mindful of maintaining your licenses, and you'll go far in this company.

It's good to see our leasing program paying the expertise dividends. Getting the right amount of capital to afford a Mastodon lease requires a good amount of know-how of the industry, so I'm sure you've got a bright future ahead of ya. Just continue putting in the work, look after your people, and we'll get along just fine. Seein' as you've already experienced some of the ops we ran recently, you won't need much of an orientation - but feel free to set up a meeting to ask anything you want to know after reading the manuals.

Howdy there Mr. Morgan.
I'm glad to hear that some of our brain-outreach programs are workin' as intended. It's too bad Red Rock construction was delayed, otherwise you coulda had the slot on the tip of the gantry, as it were. In any case, your existing experience is more than sufficient to start in your new duties. I have also received glowing reports from the captains of the Dover and the Mingo, which tells me that you're already putting your new skills to use in our company hulls.
Make your way over to one of our intake centers on Baltimore, Pittsburgh, or the smaller offices on Susquehanna and Red Rock. I am sure we'll quickly be able to slot you into shifts appropriate for your skills and interests. Read the training manuals carefully and ask any questions you have, and I'll see you around in space.
