Hrm i havent really read the whole thing in great detail, nor have i read most of the posts but i read the 1st few pages... from what i get your guys out to destroy all things alien right?
I may be getting the wrong end of the stick here when i look at the ships that where removed fromy our shiplist due to being made from alien technology.... im afraid to say if you have quarrels with technology based or even influenced by aliens... then you should remove all Order ships including that Osiris off your shiplist :/ most order technology uses and has alot of nomad technology and also alot of things based off their artifacts all over the place.
Osiris has the cloaking devices, the enhanced armour etc + many more most likely engines where based off the dabblings in nomad tech since its much faster than any other ordinary liberty dreadnought.
Nephtys... not to sure about this one but im pretty sure it most likely holds some kind of alien tech in there somewhere.
Honestly i couldnt care if you drop em or not... but if your gonna do 1 or 2.... then yougotta do em all to make it look more authentic
My main concern here is that if you fly all over Sirius demanding and destroying everything that is Alien, (which would include some Bs| ships themselves such as our research vessel) you might give the impression that the Order are terrorists which is something we've worked to avoid and I would have us labeled like that.
Well i agree with swiss here... but it wouldnt be only the Bs| and their research vessel.... if you are truly wanting to go for the all out genocide and abolishment of alien technology i really thing you should be hostile to the Order.... not allied/friendly with them
infact.... the order would be the last lot you would wanna join with.... cause everything you see that they use has alien tech in it
not all... but most. And then consider research stations in the houses, you'd be comitting terrorism in cambridge, new castle, some Zoner bases too and they're neutral.
I have a response to your replies people, and you guessed it, its from Remora once more. As I stated, he is our RP guy in charge of building our role for the server. And I would have to say in my opinion he's doing a wonderful job at pulling this thing together. And here is what he had to say about the latest posts.

SwissScorch, you've nailed our RP dead on the head when it comes to alien technology. You are familiar with our RP, considering the Background we are coming from, can you think of a more appropiate ID? Pirate doesn't fit for the reasons I explained, and you are correct in the fact that Order doesn't fit either. Of the two, Order fits better than pirate, because we aren't pirating anything. It does, however, cause the problem with the negative reactions with how others view the order. This is where the possible problems with the Black Squadron are. The Legion consists of order pilots that have been fighting the same cause as the black squadron, but having had one too many conflicts with infested humans and the insidious development of Nomads, have "gone over the edge." The Alien technology being incorporated into ships might have helped lead to this. Bottom line is, yes, all alien technology. The Legion, however, won't be in order systems except for ooRP purposes (getting the initial setup stuff for new members) so there isn't really a direct conflict with the order ships. Just like the Inquisition didn't burn witches in the Vatican no matter how heretical they were, so too would the Legion of Armageddon "turn the other cheek" for their former brothers. They, at least, have shown resistance against the insidious nature of the alien. Freelancers and militaries though? The Legion has just one word. Rhineland. Bring the alien into your home, and you become the alien.
As for the order ships, I scanned their discriptions, I went through it, and I am not sure if they are alien built or not. I don't recall anything that said the Osiris was alien, but I came close to giving it the Thumbs down because of the Unknown techology. In the end, it was accepted because the source of the unknown technology was never specified and as such could be from anywhere, but rest assured the RP of the Legion's Osiris will acount for a retrofit that removes anything and everything alien.
Several things did get the thumbs down. You will note that the "Talon" is not in the list. As for the Anubis and the Nephthys, they are human technology, with the Nephthys being basically an Anubis with a titan power core. Equipment lists are where it starts getting very tricky, and why I am working on a list from a to z as to what is and isn't allowed for the Legion.
If anyone has an alternitive ID that fits with our RP, please let us know. I believe I didn't miss anything, but an extra set of eyes or server experience never hurts (And besides, i thought I didn't miss anything when I didn't know about the outcast religion. That changed a few things.)
if anyone's got some background on a ship in our list that is built from alien tech, let me know please so I can ajust the list. Same for the equipment list that will come fairly soon.
I have a question. If I read it correctly, you will attempt to stop the artifact trade?
That will have serious consequences from the Council of Elders. I would imagine you will be at war in a very short time. If thats the case, how do you intend to fly corsair ships?
Legionaire
Decurion
Centurion
Titan
Praetorian
Even if your members have 'run off' with them, you can't repair them. The corsairs won't sell you the spares.
Same goes for the Osiris. Once it dies, you've lost your main ship and home system....and I can't see a neutral faction like the Order selling you parts for one of the most advanced battleships in Sirius.
Maybe you are nailing your colours to the wrong place with that one. Not sure myself there.
As for ZOI, I would imagine that includes the Omicrons, the Omegas, Sigmas and some parts of Rheinland. Boy are you going to be popular!
I think you will need a ZOI, but the one I just named is pretty big. You get Wilde in Sigma 13, Dresden, New Berlin, Omega 55/58, Nomads throughout the Omicrons and artifacts in many Omega systems and of course, Liberty - Alaska. On top of which, you have to travel between them...
Thats almost half of Sirius. So Kusari, Bretonnia and the Tau's are the only places you don't really go.
I wish you luck. I really do.

I remember when I first started here, there was a clan a little like this one called the Inquisition that made it their business to hunt all that was alien. I can't remember how that went, but I do remember they got pulled into a war with the Hellfire Legion and the Asgard Warriors because both have/had alien members.
I think this groups looks great though, however, the shiplist again. The Corsairs are one of the most exclusive factions when it comes to selling ships, so I find it doubtful that they would sell you a Titan or Praetorian seeing as these are their most powerful non-capital ships. The Decurion is... plausible, seeing as it is one of the weaker ships that probably wouldn't be missed is someone 'misplaced' one. Anothee thing you should bear in mind is that the next edition of the mod is being released imminantly, which might contain a few bonuses for a fledgling semi-Order group such as yourself.
New Order ships will be:
1) An Order carrier
2) An Order recon cruiser
3) An Order GB
4) An Order bomber
5) Possibly an Order LF, but I'm not sure on this one
I'd reccomend all Civilian fighters (which I see you've already got - Eagle and other ships like that), generic pirate ships (such as the Waren *sniggers* and the Crow), and all Order ships.
Why thank you jammi. We could certainly use the well wishings. If the Order RP fails to pass, then we have a backup Corsairs RP that we will go with if things dont work out. Fear not, we are well organized when it comes to our affairs.
