Eew. I didn't notice that. It's not a double-sided poly, I've gotten very good at keeping a clean model. It's just an uneven face (as in, not flat)-it would only show up when I render it...(3ds likes to smooth them out in its visual mode) I'll just pop in and adjust it until it fits.

Eppy, as much as you were saying that you had to design the Destroyer due to it being your ship line and all... That looks very little like the rest of the ship line.
Lets do a quick comparison.
From the top, that Destroyer is a brick. Granted, a glorified, spikey brick, but a brick none the less.
However, the Battleship, Gunboat, and the new Dreadnaught, are all sword-like. There is no brickiness in a sword.
So I ask you...why the brick?

all comes down to original destroyer doesnt even look close to a sword anyway. I tried to integrate both sword and the homeworld design in my model, though the success of it... is average.

Of course I'll say I don't like it, but that's only because I know at some point I WILL eat it's plasma fire outside Crete:PMorals aside, I'll back up Zav. It doesn't look much like the other OC capitals.
And I was also under the impression that the ship modeler didn't get to create the final god-given infocard. Sure suggest one, then I assume the rest of the Dev. team will shred it then rebuild depending on how they want the RP to evlove. Your idea of OC isn't THE idea of OC.

They're there to "balance" ships -snicker, snicker- and to write infocards. The evolution of a faction is up to the leaders of said faction. (Atleast as long as it's withing the boundries of their roleplay)
The outcasts creating their own, 100% outcast, destroyer is within those bounds. Why would the rogues be needed in a new project anyway? We design and construct our own battleship and dreadnaught, what's keeping us from doing the same with a dessie sized ship?
How factions will evolve is decided by Igiss...rest of dev team gives ides and they are or aren't accepted...
Infocard is part of ship submission so modeler has a great deal to do with it. However, most models are made to fill specific gap or to serve specific purpose and that is what defines most of things in infocard.
Yes, whole dev team will revise infocard to prevent any errors or illogical role play explanations.
Few infocards from 4.84 ships are changed to prevent any issues on ship usage that we see now, but usually they remain the same...
Since this ship is replacement and nothing more, its infocard most likely will be very similar to what we have now.
