Looks like a hand of one of those power ranger things. Like when the big animal machines come together and each make a body part?

Looks very Kusari to me too. I say make it more curvey to fit the Bretonian Style, and give it that:(slant that the fighters and gunboats have. Make it more Bretonian.

But I really like the concept of a very large ship, used for war and is bigger than battleships and everything.

exactly! Bretonian ships are pretty curved... this is like anime transformer. But without those spikes it can be perfect ship for corsairs. It can replace that ugly model of their own cruiser.

It doesnt look corsair at all to me... and that ship -is- curvy...

I just recognized.... your ships is much too lean. If you want it to be even more armoured than the normal BS it has to be a LOT more Bulky and I really mean a LOT.
