If I knew what your goals were I might help. But your posts are inconsistent and insulting and not in the least informative. Plus they paint you as the innocent victim of some kind of violation the likes of which the world has never seen the likes of which. You came back willingly to a fight near a faction base and the entrance to a Guard system. What did you expect? For Estal to roll over and say "Nova me here, boys. I like it in the belly"?
I did "heared" of fair-play. It generally goes something like this... you win the fight, the fight was fair. You lose the fight, the fight was unfair. The biggest proponents of "fairplay" seem to be people in Outcast ships whose roleplay extends as far as picking a fight. They are prompted to complain about fairplay when they experience that rarest of rare things: losing a fight. Must be awful to zip around in something like a Sabre and encounter someone who has the gall to not face you in a ship that gives you an easy kill. Or, heaven forbid, encounter a group of people who fight together. You should know...there are others who do this. They are called factions. I even know some of the people in them (like the Red Hessians or the Corsair factions). They actually fight in numbers as well. It's a disgrace, don't you think? These groups of people outmanouvering each other and amassing fleets designed to deal with specific threats? It wil end in tears.
The "fairplay demands" range from whining about people using the environment for cover to people trading regens to people using CD's. And the mentality that goes with it ruins this game and these forums. You're symptomatic of a illness in Discovery, the cure for which is generally to continue doing what I do and ignore your childish whinging because outer space is a bad place full of naughty people who are mean.
Estal's love for his cruiser will be his own undoing. The capital ships are pretty poor...even two bombers could destroy it. Unless he had an escort. Which he did.
Incidentally, we dont have ranks. We have members and a few leaders. People can fly what they want.
And fair play doesn't mean to let us win the fight, it means to give us a change to win the fight. You didn't gave us that change. Estal yells in the skype channel for help and , voila, 50 fighters appear from everywhere and engage the lonely bombers...
Oh and yea, the fight was unbalanced from the begining, you see.. a BC , a SHF and a gunship it's not very weak against 2 bombers...
EDIT: My goals are to find out who Estal is because I expected a nice RP with a "high ranked hunter" but since you are a guild I didn't realised you don't have ranks...

I would suggest to you that complaining about not having the chance to win the fight is akin to throwing a tantrum because you can't have your own way.
You are like this..
...but instead a big mean-looking bug we were only two bombers you have a cap swarm...
Oh and I would appreciate a good RP with BHs not:

So please stop trying to defend him with these pathetic excuses... MY OPINION ABOUT BHG| and BHG|Core: [color=#FFCC00]*thumbs down* Epic fail *thumbs down*
' Wrote:You realise the BHG Core ID has more restrictions than a Nun's sex life?
They can only use Caps if you use Caps, of the same class, and they can only engage with bounties etcetc...
So, Black.Sandero had a bounty on his head? Because Estal never mentioned about one....
Quote:Bounty Hunters Guild Core ID
Pilot carrying this ID is a member of the Bounty Hunter Guild Core, who :
Can attack Order, Nomad or Wilde and anyone actively assisting them.
Can destroy any ship produced by The Order, regardless of the pilot's faction affiliation.
May operate anywhere in Sirius that the Bounty Hunter ID permits. However Cruisers and Battleships may only operate in the Omicrons, Omegas and Sigmas but may not enter Omega 3, 7, 11, Sigma 13, Omicron Gamma and Omicron Alpha.
Can fulfil bounty contracts.
Can demand allied pilots, Nomad technology and Nomad specimens from other ships and destroy ships if they refuse to hand them over (Cruisers or Battleships may demand pilots only).
Cannot demand any other cargo or credits.
Cannot ally with any unlawfuls
Cannot participate in any unlawful action.
Allowed ships: Fighters, Freighters, Transports up to 4300 cargo, Gunboats, Prison Liner, Cruisers, Battleships
Carrying unmounted IDs in your ship, as well as not equipping an ID, is a serious crime.
