Greetings again, Commissar. It's been busy here. Yesterday, two Zoner whales arrived with a total of 4,930 refugees. Xavier Triton and the Duke_of_Prunes were the ships and while I was processing that, Ambassador Holliday arrived with 1,760 more. On the day, we received 6,690. Add that to the 10,262 already here we have now have 18,712. We're getting very close to the number wanted.

Greetings Again, Commissar,
The last of the refugees has arrived and we are finishing the in processing as we speak. The Veranda.Vixen arrived with a trading partner, Xavier Triton. http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk270/X...RARefugee56.png
The run had over 5,000 refugees on board.
That is a total of 26,177 which is slightly more than what was asked. I have instructed TAZ to hold off on any more refugee runs as we have a lot of work to do with what we have already. Luxury food has begun to be delivered as have medical supplies and luxury and normal consumer goods.
Comrades, I have just returned from a routine patrol of Omega-3. After arriving in the Omega-3 system, I began my patrol of the trade lanes starting at the Cambridge gate, and intending to work my way all the way through to the Stuttgart gate in the Omega-7 system. Unfortunately, that didn't work out as planned.
After passing Freeport 1, I encountered a trade vessel, the IMS-Toronto, being threatened by a Wilde controlled Rheinland Gunboat, the RNC-Werewolf, and a Nomad Assassin named Senzjenti. As soon as I stopped, the Nomad began communicating with me telepathically. I gathered that it was trying to intimidate and unsettle me. I'll admit that it had an effect on me, but I kept to my training. I'll be heading down to Kalashnikov's after I complete this report, though.
I told the Toronto to make their escape, while I covered them. It proved a little difficult, as the enemy was not willing to easily part with their prize. I managed to distract them eventually, though, not far from Aland Shipyard. Because I was outnumbered and outgunned, I drew them into the asteroid field, which protected me from most of the gunboats fire, but the Asssassin was more than able to keep up with me. I kept the battle going as long as I could, but eventually I ran out of nanobots, and an additional Wilde vessel arrived on the scene. Knowing that I was unlikely to achieve anything else beyond my own death, I withdrew from battle. After I evaded a couple cruise disruptors, they broke off pursuit and allowed me to escape.
I am sorry that I was unable to neutralize the threat, however I do feel that saving the lives of the Toronto's crew was a small victory at the very least. The Toronto's captain messaged me afterwards to thank me for saving his crew's lives. I told him that I would consider spreading the word of the Coalition's protection would be enough thanks. Hopefully that leads to more sympathy for our cause, and weakens the Capitalist control of the houses just a little bit more.
These new citizenry are being settled in New HangZhou city, where extensive construction projects are underway to provide them with good homes and state-provided care.
Your efforts are duly noted, and our thanks extended to your leadership.
If there is anything we can do in return, please feel free to ask.
I will be taking the news of your success to the Duma shortly, and in turn up to our senior government officials.
I am pleased that our alliance is continuing to grow.

Comrades, I return home with more information about our enemies. After undocking from Zhukovsky, I took the Saratov to Omicron Gamma, intending to gather more information on the Corsairs. It was a risky proposition, but I believe the information was well worth the risk. I will break down my observations by system.
Flying through Gamma, I was unable to collect much information, due to the heavy Corsair presence. I did get images from a distance of Planet Crete, and a Corsair base of unknown function. It appeared to be based on an asteroid, expanded with man-made structures.
When one Corsair vessel got close enough to pursue me, I gave the order to fly through a nearby Jump Hole, to the Omicron-91 system, in hopes of losing our pursuers.
Upon arriving in the Omicron-91 system, we came under immediate fire from a Corsair battleship. Understandably, we withdrew from the battleship as fast as we could. It had dispatched a lone Titan-class fighter who demanded that I depart imediately from the system. He seemed intimidated by stories he heard about our combat prowess, and was not too keen on actually engaging me. He informed me that the system was a Corsair Guard system. I promised him that I would leave. He offered to escort me. Since he was already following me anyway, I told him he could provided he left me after I went through the Jump Hole. Amazingly, he held to his word. I sent him a copy of the Communist Manifesto, and bid him to read and consider it before I left the system. From there, I found myself in the Omicron-93 system.
The Omicron-93 system, amazing enough, appeared to be completely empty. My scouting of the system failed to turn up so much as an asteroid, let alone any man-made structures. After determining to the best of my ability that the system was empty, I moved on to the Omicron-96 system. It appeared much the same. Again, I found no natural or man-made structures of any kind.
Finally, I found myself in the Omicron-94 system. Unlike the previous two systems, 94 is fully developed by the Corsairs. The first base I found was Thira Colony, a civilian structure dug into an asteroid. Near that was a sensor satellite that no doubt warned the Corsairs of my presence. I saw no point in avoiding it, since the Corsairs already knew I was in the area anyway. All I could do was complete my scans and leave as fast as possible.
After leaving the area, I made my way to the next planet over to see if there were any structures built there. I found Syros Shipyard. It was a sizable facility, and I noted that there was an incomplete Corsair Cruiser in one of the docks. From that I would assume that this facility is responsible for a fair portion of the Corsair fleet.
From there, I spotted another structure in the distance. Moving in to investigate, I found a large refueling platform, with an Osiris-class Battleship nearby.
Knowing that I had taken enough of a risk already staying as long as I did, I made my way towards the Omicron Gamma Jump Hole. On the way there, though, I detected one more structure on our scanners. I moved in and got a scan of it. It appears to be an asteroid outpost.
From there, I went back to the Omicron Gamma. I had expected fierce resistance as I made my way back towards home, so I was surprised when I didn't meet a single Corsair ship. About halfway through Gamma, I found out why. A Bounty Hunter had flown into the system and stirred up the entire system against him. I used the distraction to quietly make my way into Omega-41. From there, the trip went smoothly, and I made it back to Omega-52 without incident.
Below are maps to reach this system, and one of the system itself. Take note: The passage to Omicron Lost is risky, as Omicron Delta and Omicron Kappa are infested with Nomads.

Subject: Omega-52 Intrusions
Comrades, during a routine patrol of Omega-52 i was alerted to intruders by our advanced warning systems,my Insurgent caught sight of a Cryer vessel near the Omega-50 Jumphole, however i was unable to catch him intime.
However another suprise came when i found a Corsair Pirate Transport with large amounts of H-Fuel, i managed to intercept the pilot after a silent refusal to cut his engines, he was destroyed by a combination of Patrol Weapons fire and my own fire.
After it was discovered that over three thousand Tonnes of H-Fuel Cansiters remained, i called in the CPS Minsk to pick up the H-Fuel for use by our own forces since the Corsair would likely not require it anymore since his ship was obliterated.
The H-Fuel shall be put to better use by ourselves in all likelyhood, they would use it to continue harming the innocent and spread chaos and fear throughout Sirius. In our hands it is at least used for a higher purpose.
Let us hope this will teach such fools that our home is not an old Sol "Highway" that can be used but a place where people live and work together for a greater cause.
That is all i have for my report, Lt Warner signing off.
