No.... but I counted my Disc World books last night and I have 24 of them, while there are apparently 25 (someone said in a previous post), so I guess that is the one I'm missing. :P

Good Omens is his collaborative book with Neil Gaiman and it isn't a part of the Discworld series. It's placed in the modern world, although there are strong fantastic aspects and it's a comedy of similar style. Great reading.
Btw, I think I have ~35 Discworld books:P
I read them all several times (especially the Guards series) and love them. The whole series is a wonderful source of quotes.
Night Watch is also my most favourite. It's not just a comedy, I'd say it is the most serious of the series.
