I'm going to be working very hard soon with MMC, but i won't be advertising it because its a Molly Faction, but because it has the build to out the BMM with the use of the HOOD the IMG's Space of 30k and that sole protection grants us unlimited selling with barges near there without being attacked by anybody & making a damn site more than BMM *Reason IN RP MMC Charges Ore's at 4.5k rather than the BMM's 5k Reason in RP is that we cannot apply VAT on the Gold (Due to Laws) so we HAVE to sell cheaper than the BMM Period causing us to collect 75% times the sales 75% times the profits.
Time will tell, if you want to join =MMC= my Skype is open: Bellck (the UK one)
I'll make you rich if you work for me, if you don't work for me, i'll probably sometime someday hunt you down anyway collect the permit and make myself even more richer than rich:D

Molly finds BMM miner.
Molly rags on the miner, telling him how he's destroying all that's true and grand about Dublin. That he's treading roughshod across the dreams and territories of a sovereign people.
Miner says to Molly, Ah, but we're chartered to be here, by the Queen herself, and all this space is her demense.
Molly says to miner, Your Queen is not acknowledged here, her laws aren't ours, and she's welcome to come herself to try and enforce them.
The miner says to the Molly, she'd love to, but she sent that battleship there instead. It has solaris turrets. Enjoy!
Molly says to the miner, if I'll go down, you'll go down also you dark-hearted son of a smog-sucker!
Miner says to the Molly in a pm //Yeah, but you can't, you haven't demanded anything from me. Feel free to though.
Molly says to the miner, Drop all your cargo, or face obliteration, pawn of the oppressors!
Battleship says OLOLOLOLOL SOLARIS ))))
Okay okay- Battleship really says You bothering the nice gennleman, mister Molly?
Molly says to them both, Probly.
Battleships says to the Molly, engagbing.

Forcing Mollies to demand credits/ore, instead of allowing them to commit an act of terrorism seems a little restrictive, considering all the lore and -most- of the ID suggests that's what the Molly really should be doing with his time.
I don't hate the player, I'm annoyed by the counter-intuitive nature of the server rules in this instance.
Amen to this ^^
But about Coins Post, i think the BAF should only have around the Graves Field that i agree.
From rules perspective everything is simple: you don't have to demand credits or Ore prior to attack; it's pretty simple since you can demand literally everything. The fact that Molly roleplay allows them to pirate BMM miners is just an additional opportunity that isn't avaliable to official Gaians faction according to their lore (while both Gaian and Molly regular and Guard IDs allow to 'demand credits or cargo from traders and unallied smugglers or factions').
From roleplay perspective it's even simpler: while you fit the minimal technical requirements with your 'demand', you can do whatever you want - take miner's cargo (full load or just the part you can take - by the way, that's not a bad idea), take his ship by pieces, force him to roleplay (since people sometimes put more effort into such activities with a Supernova aimed at them), and if he calls in a Battleship - take a hostage and escape the place. Or you can just leave if the miner was that good.
The funny part is - when you try to play good instead of 2milordaiing, people notice it sooner or later, become better and start roleplaying with you instead of running and yelling - or they run and yell, but do it with talent. Bring security, bring escorts, bring something to make gameplay better and neither Gaians nor Mollys will be a that big issue making player behind the BMM character sad.

Uh, and I'm so looking forward to Bretonia finally doing someting with the IMG openly helping the separatists in their hard work. Uh, =MMC=, [Garda], [MS], [MR] - this is all the same thing - damn Molly separatist, enemies of state, that use their profits to undermine the economy of Kingdom.
Sad, you missed a calling as a Bretonian propagandist. It's time to give up your gaian colours!
Kidding, kidding.
I've had a bit of a think and figured out I was getting hung up on the idea of demanding something, rather than committing terrorism against a company. Sad's absolutely right about how you can get around the rule, and I've been working that way since I first made Mag.
Doesn't stop it being annoying, but I'll get over that, some day.
Thats why I first make my demands and start to RP when I see something coming I start to RP with guns.
I do agree that a little add-on to the molly ID will be nice.
Something like- "Can actively hunt and destroy BMM IDed players in Dublin" or "Can attack BMM IDed players in Dublin at will"

"6.6 Aggressors are not allowed to destroy a trade vessel prior to issuing a demand and allowing sufficient time to respond. Demands may be cargo, credits or an RP demand, such as leaving the system. "Halt" is not a demand."
Suddenly.
No matter what will be said about BMM in IDs, in fact, a certain 'demand' is needed.
But that rule was discussed sooooo many times already.

Wait........... it specifies trade vessel. Arent miners not considered trade vessels?
EDIT: Rules lawyering at its finest.
gone four years, first day back: Zoners still getting shot in Theta :|
Well, then you either need to demand their mom or to demand nothing.
I always do the first thing just for sure.
Also:
"6.8 For purposes of the server rules, the following ship classes are defined:
a) All light fighters, heavy fighters, very heavy fighters, super heavy fighters, and bombers are considered fighters; b) Trader ships with cargo hold less than 650 units are considered freighters;
c) Trader ships with cargo hold more than 650 units are considered transports;
d) Liners are named as such. Yachts are -not- Liners, they are transports
e) Gunboats, cruisers (including destroyers and battlecruisers), battleships (including dreadnoughts and juggernauts) are considered capital ships."
I suppose that miner in a Hegemon can be classified as a 'Trade vessel' according to this classification.
