Sand_Spider - A person I have never seen lose his cool head over anything. He is around here for along time, he knows how things work and I'd consider him to be pretty much a role model of how people should interact with each other.
Altejago - I have suggested him for this position many times before. Even though he did have his problems in the past, he has gone long ways since then. He is someone who is not affraid of hard decisions and from my experience a very fair person.
Snak3.1 - 3.1 because I do think that he, just as Altejago has 'improved' a lot. He is a very critical person, thats what you need in the team more than 10 people that just agree to everything.
Karlotta - Karlotta got banned because of some wierd disagreement with a staff member back then, afterwards it kind of became a sport to ban his alts, even though I have not been convinced that Karlotta was at fault there. Just as Snak3.1 you would add a critical mind, which you definitely should get involved in staff things.
*shrug* Existing probation is worse than past indefinite bans. Gotcha. I know I won't get any more points with staff but cherry picking standards to suit your needs is closed-minded. Some members are even put into probation as a result of that over time. Anyways, obviously this absolutely and incredibly bad criminal record is contraindication. I am even blessed with what appears to be permanent one. Thank you very much for special treatment, I suppose.

They keep people from spamming furry porn and get to lock threads when their friends need someone silenced.
I think they also get to comment on rule violation reports and SRPs.
I'm guessing that being forced to read cringy RP stories is what's driving them away in droves.
Ah yeah. So this doesn't "influence" the "ingame environment"...
It does.
Stopping discussions,or not moderating discussions so they come to a fruitful outcome, absolutely has an effect on how people behave towards each other not only on the forum but also ingame.
It can either solve or perpetuate grudges for ever.
It can encourage or discourage legitimate and constructive criticism.
It can encourage or discourage public lynchings and witch hunts.
It can stop or perpetuate hypocrisy, scheming, and toxicity.
But ever so often staff members were either unable to understand it, or unable to understand that their knowingly unfair moderation (which the people who did it thought was totally clever and undetectable but which was always stupid and obvious) will always end up biting them in the bum sooner or later.
I feel honoured for being named, but I have to refuse to even be put into the ballot box.
Whenever I started getting into any administrative position in a community it was the sure way out of it and that really went down quickly. So I will not make that same mistake again.
Not voting, but suggestions. I've made a nice list and table that can have stuff just thrown in. Also as Sombra says, these people are not voted in by those with the most friends. There are a lot of suggestions so I am editing them in as I go.
