The BMF, Bretonia corporations and the BAF Merchant Navy
Commodore John Redmond here, with a request for support in setting up infrastructure on Gran Canaria.
To the BMF specifically; as has been discussed in the Bretonian Government, the Government intends to request the BMF undertake infrastructure construction on Gran Canaria, although exact details are still under discussion. I would like to make a sub-request, in addition to this infrastructure project, for a colony to be constructed on top of one of the old Zoner enclave located in Sector B-43, 104 Kilometers south of the Corsair zone now occupied by the Coalition. This site has been abandoned by the Zoner populace, but remains low priority for Bretonian settlement due to the proximity to formerly Corsair controlled lands.
The enclave contains most of the basic facilities, though they are in disrepair and were meant for a much smaller population. We require the habitat be upgraded to Bretonian standards, and be ready to take in a large influx of settlers from Gallia - do not worry, they are "good" Gallics - ideally the settlement will be as self sufficient as possible to avoid conflict, so a localized power-grid and power generation (solar) facilities should be added, a long with water pumping, waste disposal and green-house farming facilities. Food, water, power, hygiene, and housing, the basics. We estimate that of these 5 basic areas, in terms of preparedness and self sufficiency of the abandoned Zoner enclave, based on a max population of 100,000 souls, food is at 0%, water at 30%, power at 22%, hygiene at 58% and housing at 44% (albeit a little old).
As this is an Admiralty Request, we will pay the fee required for this project, we estimate total contract value of $200,000,000.- to be sufficient for the construction work required. Please let us know if you feel this is unfair - we at the admiralty are not well versed in civilian contracting.
The BAF Admiralty hereby Requests the BMF fulfill the following contract for the construction of initial habitation facilities for capacity of 100,000 souls expected to be relocated to Gran Canaria.
The BAF Admiralty offers to pay a sum of $200,000,000.- Credits in addition to payment for goods delivered, for upgrade and construction of former Zoner Enclave (Designation: R32A430T) located in Sector B-43, 104 Kilometers south of the Corsair zone now occupied by the Coalition.
Contract is divided as follows:
Open to All: ($10,00,000.- Bonus per 5,000)
25,000 Super Alloy (SELL $1,965BUY $299), $50,000,000.- Bonus pool
20,000 Alluminum (SELL $2,360BUY $179), $40,000,000.- Bonus pool
10,000 Solar Panels (SELL $3188BUY $1011), $20,000,000.- Bonus pool
10,000 Optronics (SELL $3,116BUY $298), $20,000,000.- Bonus pool
15,000 RoboCultivars (SELL $3,639 BUY $500), $30,000,000.- Bonus pool
BMF Specific:
2,500 Hull Panels > Delivered from Lanzarotte a short distance away - Included in Construction Fee
20,000 Robotic Components - Included in Construction Fee
Colony Construction Fee; $40,000,000.- (Labour, Logistics & Equipment)
Note, delivery of above goods is open to all Bretonian corporations and Merchant Navy, construction work will however be limited to BMF only.
Also, deliveries of single deliveries of higher than 4,900 will be deemed as 5,000 for rounding purposes. Likewise, two deliveries of 3,000 for example, may be accepted as completion of a 5,000 load for bonus purposes, with excess deliveries being sold on the open market.
Delivery of above contracted goods is open to all relevant parties as stated in the contract.
In addition to the BMF construction contract above, the BAF Admiralty would like to offer a tender for an initial operation to transport an group of settlers to assist in the preparation for the main movement of people in due course.
the Admiralty will pay $200,000,000.- bonus, on top of on-base prices, for the delivery of Deuterium fuel from Gran Canaria to Picardy, and for the transport of between 3,000 and 5,000 (//represented by 30,000~50,000 units of "fugitives" cargo) people back from Epilessier Depot in Picardy.
As this is not an exact science, any single load of people may range from 300 (//3000) to 500 (//5000) depending on cargo constraints, and payment will be paid for a single trip between this range, meaning use of huge transports is optional,
anything less than 300 (//3000) cargo will result in 50% of the stated reward.
Payment is as follows;
Dueterium; $3,439-$500 (+$2,939)
Fugitives; $4,284 -$500 (+$3,784)
+Bonus $10,000,000.- Each way for loads any load over 300 (//3000), half payment for any load under 300 (//3000).
Total Bonus Pool of $200,000,000.-
Participants in the contract may transport additional individuals and fuel beyond the bonus pool limit if they wish to contribute beyond the tender and deliver more supplies to the Maquis and bring more people to safe harbor. Extra efforts will be appreciated morally rather than financially.
Regards,
Commodore John Redmond

Greetings Sir
As has been discussed in the Bretonian Government and regarding the Government request to the BMF to undertake infrastructure construction on Gran Canaria, we would like to report that the bulk of the planning phase of the project is mostly complete just waiting the last details from the Government.
At this moment we are priorityzing this contract over any and all operations in order to ready the installations for the incoming settlers from Galia.
2,500 Hull Panels
20,000 Robotic Components
Expect Completion of this task shortly.
We will also be supporting the initial tender of settlers and support the Maquis, we are dispatching our FortiSec fleet in order to establish a security corridor for the fleeing Galics.
Finished the preparations, we began to unload in the warehouses the material that, added to the others that brought the requirements to complete the mission, we brought the first loads of Robótic. A total of 10,000 units. The rest will come as soon as the crew rests tonight. In the morning we will return to work.

Greetings Sir
As Chief Operations Officer for BMF, i felt that i should personaly oversee this operation, as such, i have made the long and dangerous voyage to Picardy, from were i brought the first group of settlers in order to speed up the infra-structure development and construction.
From the requested infra-structures including, power-grid and power generation, water pumping, waste disposal and green-house farming facilities and housing,
our engineers and scientists at BMF, consider the water supply is of the upmost importance for the beginning of the infra-structure implementation.
We shall be giving priority to the installation water supply and purification structures as well as provisional hab's that will house the initial work force as well as food supplies,
You can count on Gateway Shipping Inc participating in building up a new home on planet Gran Canaria. I hope our Bowex companions will not be offended if we deliver the electro-technical part of the requested building materials.
> 10,000 Solar Panels
> 10,000 Optronics.
I'll send you reports about shipments later...
