I suggest it be Phantom/Nomad/Wilde, as they have the strongest NPCs and they would be the hardest to destroy.

I got an idea to make this much mor epossible.
Instead of an impossible spawn time, just make it a mission. You can pick up the mission at a nuetral base and they are for the nuetral faction. Or another non-existant faction.
The mission is worth maybe 5mil as a whole, and you can pick up rewards along the way.
I just dont want the prizes to be enough that trading and smuggling and therefore pirating and there for police work and so on and so on until it includes all roleplays, to disappear.

Well.. the idea is that you need at least three Capship/Bomber combos and a few fighters to get at the cash.. As factions it might be another option to the Trade Grind, but I seriously doubt it could replace Trading and mining!

Like cheetah cruise engines, or super-duper-uber sheilds for LF's? Even if your entry level ship can't equip said item, you can, save it, sell it, auction it, etc.
have the mission titled 'Gauntlet' where you start out against a bunch of LF, then HF, then VHF, then GB, etc etc, and you can duck out after each round, but when you fly to the next waypoint and decide 'oops, too hard' you have to do the thrust backwards thingy to escape.
If the missions are for TWO unused factions, with each hating the other but neutral to all other factions, it doesn't matter if you can't complete the full mission (battleship spawns), cos as one rep falls, the other rep rises.
Mission tweaking should work better. If ever we could get our hands on designing missions (Treewyrm said earlier in another thread that mission templates are hardcoded) it would be very, very nice to have missions that you can only accept if you have sufficient number of players in group.
Putting a Hero system(s) in Conn would limit everybody else than Libs factions being able to use it. Oh, come on, while Conn is used for pvp since when people have been happy to see caps headed for the conn.
Brilliant idea. What you can do is you can have an OORP and RP version of this.
The OORP version is just: "jump into a NPC swarm system with a couple of other people and shoot them all"
The RP version would be: "2 or more factions jump into a system with several neutral spawning stations and shoot each other or shoot NPCs and each other at the same time."
