I have a Spatial Super heavy fighter I currently only carry level 9 weapons.
But before wasting my money on bad equipment I would like some recommendations on what I should buy.
I need:
2 Class 9 Guns
4 Class 10 Guns
3 Class 5 Turrets
1 Cruise Disruptor OR Fighter Torpedo OR Bomber Torpedo, whats the best choice here?
1 Class 10 H. F. Shield OR Class 6 Freighter Shield, againwhat is better a lvl 10 hf or lvl 6 freighter shield?
Or would you recommend me a different ship all together?
Also where would be the best place to get said items? I'm affiliated with the lawful forces of Kusari
It depends on what you want to do with it/what kind of fights you want to have in it. In general, get a good hullbuster/shieldbuster mix, try to match the projectile speeds of your weapons. If you want to have codename weapons on it, you may want to go for some of the ones with 650 m/s projectile speed, to match them with Debilitators. You can buy the Debilitators (shieldbusters) on Roppongi Station.
The class 6 Fr. shield is better. I can only promote the usage of CDs for most situations.
Take into consideration that the Spatial is big and turns slowly, you are a very easy target even for SNAC shots. So if you plan to mostly fight fighters/bombers, maybe you should get a VHF instead.

1 firestalker missile launcher class 9
4 codename weapons
3 some debilitators as turrets, maybe, unsure.
Depends on how you wan to act: Do you need to prevent other ships from cruising? If not, use mini razor torpedo launcher.
Use the freighter shield.
Said items - except the mini razor - you can collect mostly in independent systems, or near Norfolk shipyard. I run a shop there. Of course it more expensive than on those far bases.

Well as I will be part of the Kusari military or police force (awaiting recommendations on my story to then pick the ID that fits my lore the best).
So basically my roll will be patrolling systems and fighting pirates.
I'm not really that great with all the anycroms in this game (yet) what is CDs and a VHF?
Also how much would it cost me to buy 4 10 class weapons like the PHOENIX or SOLARIS

I'd go the same way, except I'd lose the missiles, they are very nice pieces of gear and if you *must* have missiles those are the ones I would get.
Umm yeah, switch out the missiles for a set of class 9 weps, try to mount weapons with a similar projectile speed as your Codenames.
Debs on the turrets = YES! You should be able to get Class 4 adv.Deb easily and three of them will trash a sheild in seconds. Note that Debs use a lot of power.
As for how much your Codenames are going to cost.....the better the codie, the more it's going to cost.
At a guess, your codies will set you back 8 to 10 mill....EACH.
